The hotel is pretty standard, but it's excellent value for money. The price included breakfast, which was a nice bonus and the food was delicious. The pool being right next to our room was super convenient for a dip. However, the facilities are a bit basic.

This hotel in the heart of Ubud offers a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of Ubud Palace and Ubud Market. The cultural welcome ceremony upon arrival was a lovely touch. By chance, it was Chinese New Year's Day during my stay, and they even had a Chinese reunion dinner with a thoughtful live performance of Chinese songs – very heartwarming!

The hotel is about 3 km from Ubud Palace. It has a beautiful environment and warm, attentive service. The breakfast selection is good, and the dining area is cozy. The rooms aren't huge, and the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it offers good value for money.

For my second hotel in Bali, I chose the Element by Westin Ubud. Given that Bali is famous for its rainforests in addition to its beaches, and Ubud is the heart of terraced rice paddies, rainforests, and traditional architecture, I opted for a hotel there. This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially compared to hotels in China! They provide a shuttle service to Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest, which is great for families with kids. Overall, it was good, but the rooms facing the lobby were quite noisy, and the pool was a bit small. Everything else was fine, but Ubud is too far from the city center. I feel like the beach areas are more enjoyable.

The most beautiful hotel with nice staff

I really enjoyed me stay at the Mansion. I was travelling solo to complete some online yoga study. I loved my room, the grounds were beautiful, one of the pools could need a little bit of love but the other 2 were lovely. Food was good and the staff were all so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Ubud. Great amenities with 6 pools and the gardens are fab. I was here a few years back and the place has become a little tired looking but still a great hotel. They offer a free shuttle for drop off and pickup in Ubud which is very handy. Breakfast is good with a great selection and they even made my room social for my birthday. I would recommend a stay here at the mansion

It's quite close to Ubud Palace, about a 20-minute walk. You can pass the Monkey Forest on your way back from Ubud Palace. However, I think it's a bit small for a resort, and the price isn't really worth it. Plus, the rice paddies were already gone when I stayed.

The service was good, but the facilities are quite old! The door lock was hard to open, and the pillows in the room were all very high with no lower options available. The front desk staff provided excellent service, though the hotel spa only offered a single massage technique.

Visited Bali in December and saw that this place had great reviews. The room was huge, and it was a fantastic deal at around 3000 RMB for 4 nights, probably because it wasn't peak season. This hotel is a very famous Four Seasons resort in Southeast Asia. Although the rooms are not as new as the mandapa, the overall maintenance is still good. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the service is better than mamdapa at any time. Overall, I will give this place a priority next time I come to Ubud.

The towels, cushions, and sheets are very old, and they don't match the brand. Especially the towels, they are very hard, and I would throw them away at home, but Shanyan Four Seasons is still using them, which is really not good. The Maya Spa and Resort exceeded expectations. Our room was luxurious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t leave the resort the entire time which was fine since this is my third trip. The spa is more expensive than what you can get outside but it was so convenient and gorgeous. You get to look at the river while enjoying a flower bath and drinking ginger tea.

Our stay was truly amazing. First of all, huge compliments to all the hotel staff, they were nothing but friendly and helpful for the entire stay. Nice location to visit central Ubud, most things are walking distance. The room was very spacious and the staff was very kind and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close to the hotel, one right in front of it. Would recommend!

Amandari was an absolutely amazing stay! The overall experience is way better than Amankila, and the staff are all super professional. So far, it’s my favorite place in Bali. The resort has a very strong Aman heritage and is extremely well maintained, making the stay really comfortable.
