The hotel was quite nice. The staff was friendly. The food was good. Breakfast was just ok. The romm was clean and i had a very nice view from the balcony which was lovely. I booked for two nights ended up staying for more than a week. Overall for the price it was worth it. The only thing is that the bedding was worn out. The towels had stains. There were clean tho.

The room was very clean, and the balcony offered beautiful views. The rooftop buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the rooftop pool was lovely.

It was pretty average, and I felt it was a bit overpriced, but there aren't many better options around Ubud. Be careful not to drink the ice water, or you might get a stomach bug.

The main entrance is on Jalan Monkey Forest but I believe the less expensive rooms are near Jalan Bisma; check before you arrive as it's a hike involving a ravine between the two gates. The hotel's breakfast tasted alright, but the variety was very limited and it was à la carte only. The environment was decent and quite spacious, but there's no elevator. If you're staying in one of the rooms further inside, you'll have to walk quite a distance.

The room was not totally clean. The floor was sticky. The shower head broke, water barely came out. Lucky the heater is working. The aircond was not fully cold, the position I think is not suitable for the room setup.

All the staff were lovely Construction next door was constant from 7:29am-7.42pm each day. To make matters worse they had some banal Latin party upstairs blasting through the hotel until 11:15pm. This is not the quiet room I booked. Please invest in rat traps.

Honestly the hotel location is extremely good. However the renovation beside this hotel is extremely disturbing. You can't take rest on lunch time because the worker work loudly until around 5 p.m. the bathroom shower place is too small also.

We stayed there in villa no 212 for our honeymoon from 17 to 22 April 2018. Our vacation was truly amazing. Personal is so polite and positive. The villa was exciting. Peaceful view, clean room, wonderful bathroom and shower. I’m very excited! There are a lot of spots to make wonderful photos, to make ceremonies and romantic dinners. Tranquility in the middle of the clouds, stay in one of the club to enjoy whirlpool with the OH MY GOD view at the hill of Ubud. We are lucky enough to see the stargazing experience due to Nyepi Holiday where everything is a pitch dark so you can see clearly the beautiful sky of Bali.

This is our second time choosing this hotel. It's a wonderful, quiet hotel. Delicious vegan food, meditation, practices, the sounds of the jungle, and the view from both the rooms and the windows. The grounds are very green.

I could not recommend om ham enough, what a magic part of the world. The staff were very gracious, even when I rocked up at 1am. The buffet Breakfast was sufficient and the views from the restaurant were amazing. Could not fault. Thankyou om ham!

Huge thanks to the hotel for the lovely honeymoon room setup and the surprise cake at breakfast – it was such a thoughtful touch! We booked a suite for two nights and a pool villa for another two. Both room types were fantastic and made for an excellent stay.

The room had a balcony, which was very comfortable, and there were free yoga classes in the morning. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, including Indonesian coffee and mocha. The only downside was that the pool was a bit small.

However, on the first day, I just got the key room then my AC didn't work, don't they this before then I had to move to another room quite far and the cheapest one , the one I booked is pool view but I got the first floor room next to reception. The hotel has a great atmosphere, showcasing Balinese cultural architectural features, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's a bit far from the palace, so you definitely need to take a taxi. Although it's next to the Monkey Forest, that entrance is closed, so you have to go to the main entrance, which is quite a bit further.

A unique hotel, but unfortunately worn out. I have stayed here many times even before the pandemic, now everything is minimal - there is no transfer to the center, no bonuses for regular customers. It takes a lot of country roads to get there, and there is no elevator. The environment is very unique, and you can take some special photos in the morning. The boss has hidden some Chinese porcelain and daily necessities, as well as local Indonesian items in the entire basement. When the driver was free, he took us on a special tour.

Very relaxed accomodation. We were very well looked after by everyone attending us. The pool was the highlight for me. It’s located out of central Ubud, but with access to many restaurants, day spas, and other activities. It was much quieter than closer into Ubud.

Great little place to stay, not too far from ubud city centre (approx 15 minutes on grab bikes) to ubud centre. Rooms are spacious, with AC and daily cleaning is offered which was lovely. Venue very hard to make contact with as has recently changed ownership as email / phone numbers not in service. Villa was lovely however had no running water- the system had offered either burning hot or freezing cold - then nothing. we were not offered an alternative. Upon check out they tried to charge us for items not consumed by us, but another villa.

The staff is very friendly and did everything to make us comfortable. But the room was not the best, as the walls were old, the furniture stank, the shower was open to the street, maybe it looks authentic somehow, but it was not very cozy. We stayed in Ubud for one day in transit. The rooms are tired. Holes in the towels, dust behind the window frames, the plaster in the bathroom is cracking on the ceiling, and the windows in the bathroom do not close at all. Our toilet was leaking and splashing in all directions when it was filling, but there was no pressure in the shower, there was hot water and an excellent echo - you can sing beautifully...

The hotel looks just like the pictures. There are two small pools on the property with sun loungers. The dining area is outdoors. Monkeys roam the grounds, so you need to keep your room doors closed; they might come in and take things. The staff are very friendly.

We didn't particularly enjoy the service, but overall the receptionist was very polite and even carried our suitcases up to our room. Even though they saw we were traveling with a small child and a stroller, they gave us a room on the second floor. We didn't eat breakfast. I can't say anything about it. The rice field is completely unkempt.

Stayed for 5 nights, very pleased with everything. Roome clean and beds comfy, pool and restaurant was good. Staff was excellent, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant. They even arranged a romatic breakfast set up on our private balcony to celebrate our anniversary.

The environment was excellent, with plants and lovely decor. The balcony was large with a sofa and table, perfect for friends to stay together. The kitchen was on the balcony and also had tableware and cookware. We had a very pleasant stay and thank you to the owner for their hospitality.

It was just a perfect location and quite away from teh rush of Ubud main centre but still very easily reachable via walk. The rooms were clean and the balcony with the small kitchenette was quite nice to stay and enjoy some time in the morning sun.
