I really enjoyed me stay at the Mansion. I was travelling solo to complete some online yoga study. I loved my room, the grounds were beautiful, one of the pools could need a little bit of love but the other 2 were lovely. Food was good and the staff were all so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok satisfied with the hotel overall. Maybe the hotel need some renovation. Abit old. I like their traditional duck I had for dinner. Many swimming pool to swim in.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Ubud. Great amenities with 6 pools and the gardens are fab. I was here a few years back and the place has become a little tired looking but still a great hotel. They offer a free shuttle for drop off and pickup in Ubud which is very handy. Breakfast is good with a great selection and they even made my room social for my birthday. I would recommend a stay here at the mansion

Beautiful hotel, but needs a bit more cleaning

Our stay was truly amazing. First of all, huge compliments to all the hotel staff, they were nothing but friendly and helpful for the entire stay. The breakfast was delicious and even better when enjoyed with a view. We also did a 2 hour spa treatment (again with amazing view). The hotel is very spacious and beautifully designed. The rooms are well-distanced from each other, which effectively minimizes noise. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth without any sourness. We even bought the same coffee beans from the hotel before checking out.

Staying here felt like living in a rainforest. The drinks at the pool bar were also quite good. They'll give you an iced latte with breakfast, but it's chargeable during afternoon tea. I left a small tip, and the towels were folded beautifully, but on the last day, despite more towels being provided, they weren't folded. Perhaps they were a bit busy. Overall, it was a good stay.

My first stop in Bali was Ubud, and this hotel is very close to Ubud Palace. There's also a famous restaurant nearby, called 'Jenjen Restaurant', which serves good food at reasonable prices. The only downside was that it rained continuously for the two days I stayed, making the room feel a bit damp. Personally we love our rooms. Even if the shower is outdoor, we do not have issues with mosquitos or insects. I love this place!! It is my favourite place to stay in Ubud. The rooms, the service, the pools and the staff are all excellent. I was happy to see wonder rice terrace from there. And it was good weather. They are very warm friendly welcome. I suggest to take photo shooting service. But there were just two of unhappy things. Our private pool was terrible. It was messy and water was dirty. I think it was not working water filter. Another thing was the basket of bread for breakfast was dirty by reuses.
