⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anumana Hotel Ubud An Unforgettable Stay!
I had the most wonderful experience at Anumana Hotel in Ubud, and I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The service was exceptional and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every single person we met was warm, kind, and genuinely caring it truly felt like a home away from home.
From the moment we arrived, NOFIA welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Her friendly smile set the tone for our stay, and she made us feel instantly comfortable.
A special shoutout to RAI, who was absolutely phenomenal! He kindly opened the museum after hours just for us, guided us through the exhibits, and educated us so beautifully about Balinese culture. He also helped us take beautiful pictures of me and my friends together he truly has a talent for photography and made sure we had memories to take home with us! His knowledge, patience, and passion were truly impressive.
MALIKI, our room service staff, was the sweetest. He checked on us twice, provided excellent service, and was always there immediately whenever we needed anything. His kindness made such a difference.
When one of my friends wasn’t feeling well,EMIK at the front desk showed so much compassion. She arranged complimentary rice porridge and hot ginger honey tea to help her feel better such a thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated.
At the restaurant, we were taken care of by Bayu, who was an absolute sweetheart. Due to a technical issue, the card machine wasn’t working and we didn’t have cash at that moment, BAYU simply took it on the house with so much grace. His generosity truly touched us. ATIK also served us with the loveliest smile, making our dining experience even better.
The breakfast menu was delicious, and the team made sure everything was perfect.
I also want to highlight the management flawless in every way. You can tell they genuinely value human emotions over money, and it shows in every interaction. The hotel’s standard of cleanliness is outstanding (and I am someone VERY particular about cleanliness!). Everything was spotless and well-maintained with no complaints at all.
We stayed in the Jacuzzi room, overlooking a serene forest view, and it was the perfect place to unwind with my two friends. The architecture of the hotel is stunning every little detail deserves to be admired. The gift store was also beautiful, and we ended up shopping so many unique items.
Overall, this is hands down the best place to stay in Ubud. The staff speaks excellent English, the ambiance is rich with raw Balinese culture, and every moment felt special. I left with a full heart and the sweetest memories.

It was good

The staff is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable. Moreover the food is fantastic and the hotel is right in the heart of the ubud market. We spent 4nights there. Great service and location. Fantastic staff ❤️

Before I left, I heard the pool was dirty, so I was thinking about getting a day pass and going for a swimming expedition. A few leaves were floating, but nothing too bad.
The staff were friendly and the place was small.
The bathtub was large, but the water wasn't hot enough, which was a shame. Even during the day, it was cold after swimming.
They greeted me with welcome tea and fruit, which was nice.

The location of the hotel is very central, you can walk to the monkey forest, to restaurants, to the market or to exchange offices. The staff is very friendly. The pool was nice. The breakfast was delicious, apart from breakfast we tried their cocktails and dinner, both were good. Some evenings there are shows specific to their culture, we liked that. The room cleaning was good, they decorated our room for our anniversary, it was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture❤️❤️

This is my second time staying at Anumana Hotel. Compared to the previous time, this round I found that the cleanliness can be better. There were stains on the towels and curtains. Staff service was great as with most Balinese hospitality. The balcony looks directly into your neighbour's balcony so might not be suitable for those wanting privacy.
Good location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.
