Charming little hotel/restaurant a little of the beaten track. You either need to walk a bit or call the place for a free pickup. The walk is beautiful and give you a chance to see the local Ubud area. The free pickup is done by scooter since the road to Luxe is very narrow. Both the food and the 4 suites are very recommendable.

Staff goes the extra mile, no detail left untouched, excellent food, feels like 'home' with superb location in Ubud, close city center but in rice fields, calm and serene.

Check-in was smooth and efficient.

The spa ambience and welcome service did not meet our expectations, though the massage was good and the therapists were experienced.

The room pool was dirty on arrival and was only cleaned the next day.

Restaurant staff were professional, and breakfast and dinner quality and service were as expected.

Most staff were polite, except for the night duty staff, whose service needs improvement and better anticipation.

Special shout-out to Nita for the warm arrival and attentive service through our departure.

I always wanted a nature view and a chill stay for my honeymoon. This is the place that satisfied my desire. Would recommend for newlyweds who loves a nature view in the pool. Staffs were very friendly too.

The environment is set in a mountain jungle, and its main selling point is a private pool with jungle views. The service is average, and the facilities are old. The cleanliness is also mediocre; compared to hotels costing 1000+ RMB in China, this place would definitely receive complaints. It's understandable to have mosquitoes and insects in the jungle, but they didn't even provide mosquito coils. What I found most unacceptable were their 'bullying clauses.' They don't allow ride-hailing services to pick you up at the hotel. If you want to leave, your only options are to rent their motorcycles (which you have to refuel yourself, as they give them to you almost empty) or have them call an unofficial, 'black market' car. Otherwise, you're hiking down the mountain. Luckily, I only stayed one day and quickly checked out.

The sheets and duvet cover had stains when we arrived. Ride-sharing cars aren't allowed to enter the hotel entrance, so if you're taking a private car or chauffeur service, this hotel could be an option.

All great evenings start with a scooter ride across the rice paddys. Fantastic food with impeccable service. Worth every penny as it's a great night.

Just finishing our stay at the Villa attached to the restaurant. We are here twice in the evening and twice during the day. Food quality, staff attentiveness is frankly brilliant. You do pay a little more but you do get what you pay for. Try the BBQ chicken which is done in a sous vide. I've never tasted chicken like it. Excellent, we will return for sure.

There is another restaurant of a similar name we were intending to go to. Mistook this restaurant for the prior but was not disappointed. Homestyle cooking in an unhurried fashion. Nothing splash. Only beer. Sunset view unparalleled.

First day in Ubud exploring the area and this place isn't far from our hotel up the track to the rice fields. We sat on one of the tree house areas with a stunning view around. Highly recommend for a chill out coffee break.
