Superb hotel, great location, easy to pick up a grab or gojek for the Ubud center, also you can use the free transfer offered by the hotel. Great pool, good food, a nice calm oasis

Adiwana Unagi is an incredible escape in the Ubud region. It’s a little further from the bustle of the Ubud palace and marketplace but as a retreat it is incredible. The staff is friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a lot of manual work involved but seeing everyone happily involved in the process, I can only think the management must be great as well.

To compare the service is hard as Bali is very much a hospitality industry, but comparing the nature of the environment, this retreat stands out. Our view is the forest with flowing water and raindrops as the background. Walking past the serene field next door and playing with the koi fish were favorite activities for our kids. We used this as our launching point for exploring the Ubud region and had great fun!

There are several other properties around for variety as well.

I recently stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites and had an incredible experience. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially when we requested extra fruits, which were promptly delivered to our room with a smile. The room service was efficient and added a layer of comfort to our stay. The facilities were top-notch, featuring modern amenities that enhanced our overall experience.

One highlight of our stay was dining at Elys Kitchen. The food was the best we had in Bali, offering a delightful blend of flavors that left us craving more. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment. The staff at Elys Kitchen were knowledgeable and recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes.

In summary, our stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites was made memorable by the excellent service, comfortable facilities, and exceptional dining experience at Elys Kitchen. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

A lovely hotel with unbelievably friendly and forthcoming staff. Spacious and clean rooms with room cleaning twice a day.
The food is great and we loved the idea of breakfast till 11 pm.
The hotel is a 20 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Also easy to get a grab if needed.
Would definitely come again. 🥰
