Nice hotel

The room was clean, there were no hygiene problems, everything was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. The only problem was that the road to the room was a bit long. Thank you for everything.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was so-so; it ended at 10:30 am, and they stopped replenishing food from then on. Once it was gone, that was it.
Ants were very difficult to keep out of the room; they were on the table and even the blankets.
I think for this price, the pest control could have been better.
It's in a quiet area, but I don't think it's very good value for money.

Although it is located a little far from the center of Ubud, it was quiet and very affordable.
The room was spacious and clean, the amenities were great, and we were able to relax on the private beach.

The environment and location are great, the breakfast is so-so, and the shower water is too dirty; you definitely need to bring a filtered showerhead.

The hotel's pool, in particular, is crystal clear and immaculately maintained. Staff clean and disinfect it daily, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swim. The surrounding pool area is also well-equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and more, making it a great place to cool off and relax.
As for service, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and attentiveness were evident throughout every step. From the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff, they all responded promptly to guest requests and efficiently resolved issues.

Great resort with beautiful villas. Excellent massage experience. Nice setting. Good breakfast. A bit far from Ubud downtown but quiet and pleasant.

The Kalyana hotel it’s a perfect stay for couples, we stayed in a villa with private pool, it was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the center of Ubud.

The overall environment of the hotel is not bad, and the rooms are big, but the sanitary details of the rooms are poor. It is written that it will open in 2022. The actual room decoration feels that it has been many years. It may be other hotels that have been listed before. The bathing area in the bathroom is full of scale and is not cleaned. The gap next to the basin is also very dirty, and the water leaks slowly. The most incomprehensible thing is that the toiletries look dirty and old. Why don’t you replace them with new ones? Anyway, the details of the room Really can't take a closer look, the room is not worth the price, the price/performance ratio is low, and the spa is also very average, not recommended.

We had a dinner booked at 7. The place started to catch up around 8 and even then there was only a few table. Not so busy place, but with way too many options on the menu. (I doubt they can keep all the ingredients fresh at all time) They welcomed us in a very warm friendly way, asked our name once and since then everybody called us by name, very nice extra touch from the staff. If you around it’s worth a visit because of the nice staff and the atmosphere but definitely found better food around Ubud for a much better price. I paid 430.000++ rupiah for 2 sparkling water 2 starter and a sharing plater. Too expensive
