I have not visited to this place because we changed our hotel to stay somewhere so I'm not aware about the services and all but we do claim the refund and I got the reply from the trip.com that hotel not responding so in this hotel the money goes for free because we don't use and we don't have any refund

everything is fine, except breakfast is just a piece of bread. cleanliness is a bit lacking.

I stayed there for 2 nights, it was fine not too expensive the ac wasn't working properly before in the beginning but after complaining they sent a guy to fix, after that it worked perfectly fine, definitely recommended for a cheap stay near the pasar Senen station.
