N3 Zainul Arifin Hotel in Jakarta

First of all the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen.... rooms are big but smell awful. AC had problem and partly worked with noise. Window frame broken a bit so a lot of mosquito and since AC couldn't cool it down, so mosquito really enjoyed the environment, seems to me they had a contract with mosquitoes to suck the sh*t out of you... it was like a nightmare really. Wifi in 5th floor crashed also, toilet sink blocked and water from its tap was coming in droplet only. The only beautiful part was only the pictures you see from hotel on net, but in reality it is garbage. I really annoyed, i killed 7 mosquito then disappointed and surrendered in front of them.

To me it's like, 20 years ago owner of hotel died and they abandoned it to look as bad as this. Do not think about it even... Much cheaper hotel than this, are cleaner by far

I am shocked that this property is rated above 4.0! It's a disaster from the ceiling leaks to the soiled and dingy bedding and dirty surfaces. It's as if housekeeping is completely amiss. My first room had wall damage and mold near the dilapidated air conditioner. Even the mirror glass decorations had been neglected and were full of hand prints. I asked to be moved and shown three other rooms all of which had leaky bathroom ceilings. My final room choice had a sink faucet that didn't work, and there are no towels. The best thing was the hot water shower that came with missing handle hardware! 1 star would be considered overly generous!

Unclean room especially for bathroom, broken shower, AC didnt work properly and leakage need repair the room was hot and not friendly service by staff. I realize that can not more complaint since the low price, location little bit far from market

every thing is bad.
when i checked in there they said pay money.but I have already payed money .but they continue to say pay money.they don’t speak English.
I had to wait 1hour for checking.
when i enter the room room air controller didn’t work.
they offer change room.I accept it.but they change lower grade room.so I said them it’s not fit.then they fix air controller.Even fix it,it was so weak working.so my room was so hot it like Inferno.
and room was so dirty .sheets is so dirty.sheets has dust and blood.and towels are also dirty.bathroom also so dirty.
room didn’t have toilet paper.No soap.No hair dryer.No shampoo.rooms water is so weak.very uncomfortable to take shower and washing hand.
I recommend not staying here.
I stay more than 100hotels.but I stay first time this worst unbelievably bad hotel.
