My 1st trip to Jakarta after 10 years and the hotel stay was full of pleasant memories! The hotel is nicely tucked away from the busy street. Walking distance to some malls and eateries. The moment you entered the hotel, the ambience was so calm, chill and relaxing! The room is a bit tiny but cosy enough for me and my daughter. Nice room with updated decor and all the necessities.

The hotel staff were all amazing. Right from my arrival till my departure day, everything was superb. The reception, room cleaning, waiting staff by the entrance and cafe staff were all super friendly! They provided us with an extra service of allowing us to return back to our room after check-out to do our prayers before we headed to the airport. They even offered to book an airport transfer for us. Oh yes, they also helped me with sending my laundry out to a 3rd party as they don't have any laundry service at the hotel.

Highly recommended hotel! Thank you for providing the excellent service!

The location is right in the city center. The design is very whimsical. Lots of photo spots. The rooms are quite spacious. The shower is quite spacious. Yesterday I booked a Comfort room.

Very neat and calm place. Only place where I got some good veg options in the Central Jakarta. Quick service and very courteous. Special hour menu available daily between 1 and 3, which is a good option. Very cosy place, yet trendy. Evening hang around is famous there. View from there towards Sarinah is awesome.. Must visit place in Jakarta..

Last night I went to this Pizza Hut with an Indonesian friend of mine for dinner, we were seated at a table that seemed clean , however as soon as I put my hands on the table, i felt like I had my hands on a filter of glue so fealty that I had to go to washroom to wash my hands from elbows down to fingers.
Twice the cleaned with same rags finally we put a lots of tissues on the table, the service was poor and the food came later than normal time, meanwhile the Pepsi sitting on the table and getting flat , I ask them to change it and they did , they were not too happy about it. All I can say I won't eat meal at this branch.
