Just stayed at Erian Hotel and honestly, it was such a great experience! If you're looking for a spot that's super comfy in Jakarta, this is definitely the place.

The location is a total win, you're basically close to everything, which makes getting around so much easier. The room was clean, modern, and really cozy! Perfect for chilling out after a busy day. Plus, the staff were super friendly and made everything from checking in to heading out feel like a breeze.

It’s such a gem for the price. Such a nice, quiet break from the usual Jakarta hustle. Definitely booking here again next time I'm in town.

All facilities are almost 80%new, cleanliness is good, the room has separated bathroom and toilet. It's not too big but feel warm and comfortable. Nice place to stay in the next trip.

28.05.2026 Hannah

I’ve never felt more comfortable! The staff are friendly, all of them - Raiyan, Shelley, and Khaira. The staff (pria) checking us in was also extremely helpful but I didn’t catch his name. Thank you for making our short stay wonderful.

Worse service ever. Start from security guard to his so called "boss". Better book other hotels. There are 20 hotels just from the same block.

From the hotel reply below, people can see their bad character proven by how they threatened me saying they know my phone no etc. If you have cctv, then you can see how your security manhandled me and held my car door roughly while yelling at me. FYI, I'm going next door to your hotel because I saw burgreens and would like to get some refreshment after my unpleasant experience with you. When I went to burgreen I saw b clinic's poster and decided to check it out. Not that I owe you an explanation but you are truly in a wrong Business if you don't want to be hospitable to your walked in guests. If you still have a problem with me, as you have threatened that you have my number, come and contact me. We settle it like true men

There are two restaurants in the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The breakfast selection is extensive. The rooms are a bit small. The mineral water comes in glass bottles, not plastic bottles, so you can't take it out.

Great location and excellent staff

Satu satunya hotel dengan bintang 4.7 di wahid hasyim, sisanya di angka 4.5 aja. Jadi saya kira awalnya dipenuhi dengan fake rating. Tapi saya disini nginap 2 malam and I have to said that it should be 5 star rating. Clean room, 24 hour hot shower, 24 hour room service, whenever you ask anything it will be delivered in 5 minute or less. Bravo Erian Hotel, whenever I come to Jakarta again, I will surely stay in your hotel and of course I will recommend this hotel to my relatives.
Thank you and keep up the good work.

Overall , clean rooms, good service. Location near to many food cafe/ resto. And a 5-7min walk to sarinah mall. Value for money.

Misleading photos - was given a room with no window and then moved upon request to a room with a 'view' (tiny window so room still very dark).

Positives - staff very helpful and welcoming, room was clean, location convenient.

Negatives - other than the above - would be good to have a hairdryer in the room instead of available on request (as you only realise there's no hairdryer when you get out the shower with wet hair!)

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!

Delicious food, greater ambiance, a nice place to go for hangout with friends or romantic dinner. The waiter really helpful giving a suggestion to choose a great wine

02.12.2017 guntur

Nice place to enjoy good food with beer/wine and live band music. Yes they have outdoor space for smoker ?.

19.11.2017 greghari

Nice place. Good food, good staf & cozy. Must try the salads & pizza's.?

14.11.2017 Johansen

Ambience of the place was good, and the food was tasty. However, apparently the pizza we chose only come in size small, unlike the other pizza selections. The waiter failed to inform this to us, and so our expectations wasn't fulfilled. The place is also quite pricey. Just remember to have a credit card ready in case it turned out your bill exceeds the cash you have in hand.

If you wanna order the pizza here, just remember, unlike other pizzas, the crostafarcita only comes in one size: small.

Nice and comfy. Great food and great price. The parking bill bit too expensive

Nice hangout place to have some pork and beer with friends. The service is quite fast. Maybe not a perfect place to bring kids cos smoking is allowed in all area, but they do provide baby chair. The Pork Knuckle is worth the wait and very recommended.

13.12.2017 Mark

Restos like this is not usual in Jakarta. You will be delighted with pork, sausage, bacon, milkshake, cold beer, and many western favorites at an affordable price. Place is average though, don't expect a well-lit air conditioned place. But even though, it's still chill and cozy. I'll definitely go back here.

09.12.2017 Bobby

German cuisine in relax atmosphere. Sausages, crispy pork knuckle, steaks and beers. Good place for informal lunch or dine with friends or family. Reasonable price and popular place for both local and visitors.

01.12.2017 Niken

The giant pork knuckle was worth the wait. I needed to make a reservation of 2 hours beforehand. The skin was very crispy and the meat was very juicy and tender. The sauerkraut was not as sour as the authentic one but I loved it til the last spoon.

25.11.2017 Emanuel

One of the hidden gem of the city. Great food, great portion, and great atmosphere. Best for hangout with good friends and family.
