Aston Kemayoran City Hotel in Jakarta

I had a wonderful stay at Aston. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. Its strategic location near Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) made it incredibly convenient for attending events and exhibitions.

A special shout-out to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. My room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully prepared every day. Their attention to detail and dedication truly made a difference and made me feel well taken care of.

Thank you to the housekeeping staff-CARLOS, for your hard work and commitment to providing such excellent service.

Thank you, Aston Hotel, for the great hospitality. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would be happy to stay here again! 😊

We travelled from Singapore to Jakarta and stayed at this wonderful hotel. Walking distance to expo where we are attending business meetings. We will be back and have the wonderful breakfast.

Pros:
- Near Istiqalal mosque, cathedral and K-mall
- Nice breakfast. Good variation
- Hospital and other facilities in the same building, easy accessible
- Big rooms

Cons:
- 40-50 min drive from Grand Indonesia depending on traffic

Great hotel location, near locations of interest including Reformed Millennium Center Indonesia, Jiexpo, and Kmall.

Location is strategic but this building part of the office too.
So we have to wait for lift little bit more longer than usual.
Food tastes good

Had a very pleasant stay here. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The receptionist , Ms Mutiara was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. They were helpful whenever I had questions and made the check-in/check-out process smooth and comfortable.

“Perfect Hotel, Perfect Location”
Booked for my parents, and they received warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean and very spacious. They had a comfortable night rest.

Kak Rifa was very helpful. The overall stay is great. The room we checked in was very clean & comfortable. However the little misses was the free parking service provided as there’s a slight hiccups and causing a bit of trouble.

But overall it was still a pleasant experience

The room a little bit stuffy and found trash under the pillow. However their breakfast was nice!
