Stayed there for 1nite before go to airport. Very near with Plaza Indonesia, Sarinah Mall, Grand Indonesia. Have convenience store 3minute walk from hotel. Room spacious. Bed comfy. Staff friendly.

For a smoking room, it was just a decent one. The major good thing about the hotel is location, other than friendly staff.

Firstly, the hair dryer in my room was not functioning properly. The hot air function was not working, so I was unable to dry my hair.

Secondly, the guests staying in the room in front of mine were packing their belongings from midnight until the next morning. The noise was very disturbing and affected my sleep quality. They were also packing with their door open, and their belongings were placed outside the room. This made it difficult for me to pass through when I wanted to go out.

Additionally, I noticed a used sock on our floor level that had been left there for a long time, which was unpleasant to see.

I hope the hotel can check and maintain the room facilities properly, improve cleanliness monitoring, and also remind guests to be considerate about noise levels and corridor space, especially during late night hours.

Best hotel in the city centre of Jakarta. Easy access to everywhere, such as restaurants, malls, convenience stores, and excellent transportation links.

The room was amazingly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Overall, a great place to stay in Jakarta! Highly recommended!!

I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim. The hotel is strategically located in the city center, making it very convenient to access shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping everything neat throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, which was satisfying.
