Nice room. U really get worth of your money. Staff is pretty busy and are not as friendly as i hoped. I would book this hotel again becouse the price is just great.

The facilities are in poor condition, the AC isn't working, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell in the hallways and rooms.

The hotel is quite old and the surroundings are quiet. The air conditioning in the room was not good; it was very noisy and didn't cool down the room. The facilities are clearly outdated. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast was decent though. I'm not sure why the rating is so high. 😭

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to visit various attractions in North Jakarta. The breakfast buffet offers a satisfying variety. The staff are warm and friendly, making for a very pleasant stay.

The room is really comfortable. The food is really good. The room design is nice, it's modern and worth the money. The staff is very friendly with guests. I have no problem staying here during quarantine.

Got to keep the luggage to the hotel at 12.00, cause it's not in check in time, requested to change twin to double bed due to miss order, firstly the receptionist said he can't accommodate it, it will cost 50 thousand extra, but eventually I got surprised when enter the room at 20.30 with double bed room inside. Room was spacious with lovely variated breakfast. Worth for it's price.

Hotel room inside was good.
Front desk staff, especially, Indah, was understanding, efficient and very helpful 👍🏻 thank you!
In general, the hotel was managed well, good for clients that drive or bike. For solo traveler without own transport, taking grab could cost quite a bit to get around and time consuming.
Some areas, such as the carpet in the hallway made it hard to pull luggages, needs updating.

I have selected this hotel everytime when i went to Jakartha at least one time to stay. This time i stayed 10 days and it was amazing stay again. Customer service, room cleanliness, Music and special dinners at week ends , all are excellent. Restaurant staff are very kind and helpfull with smiling always. Rooms are spacious and lovely. This was my 7th time stay.

The room is very spacious, neat, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast selection is plentiful. The service is fast, and all amenities are easy to access. It is also conveniently located near eateries and other facilities
