Grand G7 Hotel Kemayoran in Jakarta

Stayed for two days with my husband and 19-month-old daughter. Our first impression of the hotel was the warm and responsive concierge staff. They welcomed us and escorted us to the check-in area on the first floor. The concierge staff guided us to the elevator, asked about our luggage, and directed my husband to park the car. The impression was warm, family-like, yet professional. As we ascended to the first floor, we were met by the reception staff, who also warmly welcomed us and gave our child a small doll, who happened to be a little fussy due to the long journey. The entire staff was very friendly, yet professional. We were given a room on the ninth floor. A warm welcome from the GO Team was displayed in the mirror. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It felt very hygienic. My child had a slight cold, so I checked the room and confirmed its condition. I really appreciated its cleanliness.

Breakfast was also very varied and delicious.
Excellent hotel facilities. Gym, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. I saw the water maintenance notes on the board, so I felt the pool was very well maintained.
I planned a two-day stay in Jakarta to play. I stayed overnight just to rest. It became a hotel staycation because my child's condition prevented me from leaving, but I wasn't disappointed because my stay at this hotel was very good. I will definitely return if I visit Jakarta again. Thank you. Please maintain what's already good.

If it's full, parking can be a bit difficult. Even though they have valet parking, when it's busy, the cars are parked very close together and you have to leave your car keys. There's also plenty of parking available in front of the hotel. For the nightly rate, it's still very much worth it; not too expensive and breakfast is included. The nearest mall is K MALL.

Booked a hotel room for a 2 night staycation with my wife, it was a really great choice to stay at Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran.

We were kindly welcomed at the hotel lobby by the recepsionists - Mba Lulu, Della and Maria. We were in for a surprise as they notified us that our room was upgraded to a Deluxe Premier King room. Not only that, but they also thoughtfully left a room key inside, making sure that the room is cool when we entered. Lastly, they nicely decorated the room with a very thoughtful message, a neatly arranged swan towels as well as a delicious cake inside the room.

We are really grateful for Mba Lulu, Della and Maria for these surpises. Definitely recommend a stay here at Grand Orchardz, and we will stay again here in the future.

My husband birthday surprise at the Hotel Grand Orchardz Kemayoran was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we entered the room, we were blown away by the decorations. The staff had arranged a stunning display of lovely balloons, fairy lights, and rose petals that created a truly romantic atmosphere.
The cake they provided was delicious, and the birthday wishes written in the mirror was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made it feel so personal. The romantic in room dinning was also fantastic; everything from the ambiance to the meal itself made for a perfect evening.
What made this stay even better was the service. The front desk staff, especially ,Ms ODE, Ms Bella and Ms Lulu were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday feel special. We can't wait to come back for another celebration!"

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We had to change rooms as we were given a double bed instead of the twin beds requested, but that was quickly sorted.

Room amenities were sufficient, with plenty of power points. However, the towels were old and thin, and the shower water was only lukewarm despite good pressure — not great for a relaxing bath 🥶.

Housekeeping could really improve. Even with the “make up room” sign on since morning, the room often wasn’t cleaned by the time I returned in the evening 😠, though I always left a small tip.

On the positive side, the 1st-floor restaurant staff were wonderful — good food, attentive service, and we enjoyed our evenings there during happy hour. Overall, a pleasant stay, but housekeeping and bathroom amenities could use some attention.

Grand G7 is among the best hotel in Jakarta and I’ll recommend it to anyone I know and even people I don’t know, because grand g7 service is supper.

Service is ok, room is ok but would be better if there is shower gun in the toilet. Additionally the mineral water provided is too little in the room. Breakfast is standard. Hotel is close to minimarket.
