Service is ok, room is ok but would be better if there is shower gun in the toilet. Additionally the mineral water provided is too little in the room. Breakfast is standard. Hotel is close to minimarket.

Not too far from exhibition area. Good alternative if u come for exhibition

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as incredible as my first experience. I was given a room on the 5th floor, and the view of the city from there was simply stunning – a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Everything about this hotel continues to impress me – from the friendly and attentive staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The amenities are top-notch, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.

I can confidently say that I like everything about this place and will surely return whenever I’m in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with a fantastic city view!

The best hospitality we have in jakarta. Not to mention the beautiful lady at receptionist, forgot her name, but she send us pudding after check in, was so polite and kind.and also pak teguh when we check out. Everything was process smoothly. Staff are friendly, the food here was chef kiss (except the pudding). I almost dont want to leave my room. It just so comfy 😭 thank youuu

I just checked in and I could already say that I made the right choice. I arrived at around past 10am, coming from a 1am flight, 3 hour layover and another flight so I was exhausted. They informed me that the standard check in time is 2pm, which I understood and didn't request for anything. I just stayed at the lobby, since I was really tired. After a while, staff approached me and they were able to find another room for me and it is open to accommodate me already.

I would like to thank Nata and Ode for their hospitality and initiative even when not asked directly. Goes to show that they really care about the customers and their needs. Nata was also so kind to explain the inclusions for the room, I had a little bit of brain fog from the exhaustion but he was so patient in explaining and re explaining everything until I was able to understand it.

On another note, the room is really something else as well. Very clean, has lots of space very welcoming. Definitely value for money comparing to other hotels I've been.

Excellent hotel with amazing quality of rooms and clininess. This is great value for money and a special mention to Della for making the checkin process frictionless and helping me understand the hotel location and amenities. It's always a great start when you feel welcomed to a place..

Nyaman, bersih, sarapan bervariasi, sayangnya belum sempat coba swimming pool. Will be back next time. Thank you
