Blue Sky Hotel Petamburan in Jakarta

The cleanliness is poor. The facilities are very old, and the bedding is old and gray. The towels are also old. The value for money is also poor. The nearby Pennesula Hotel seems better. I will not choose this hotel again.

This stay was extremely disappointing. The room was old and poorly maintained, completely different from the online photos. The table edges were severely peeling, the chair leather was worn and dirty, the air conditioner was yellowed and covered in dust, and the door and lock were clearly old and loose. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the edges were falling off, making it look unrepaired and unsafe.

I reported these issues to the hotel and requested a check-out, but the staff offered no assistance and made the check-out process extremely difficult and unpleasant. The overall experience was extremely poor and completely unmatched by the standards expected of this brand.
With such an environment and service attitude, I would not recommend staying here. I hope the hotel will address these issues and promptly make improvements.

The bathroom tiles were broken and chipped, making the place feel unsafe and unhygienic.

When I reported these issues to the staff and requested to check out early, they were unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. This experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of this brand.
With such poor maintenance and service, I do not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make proper renovations soon.
