Room smelled musty at first, but thankfully the staff were kind and let me switch rooms. New room had itchy sheets/blanket—I had to wear long pants to sleep. Bed was just two twin beds pushed together, and the in-room safe was broken. Staff were helpful, but overall, the cleanliness and facilities need serious improvement.

The staffs are nice and friendly, the bed area is pretty nice and clean but the toilets seem outdated, the shower is needed to be cleaned or replaced cus the water flow is kinda small, and the water heater is working but it takes longer times to get hot but eventually it works well.

There were so many cockroaches in the room, and they kept appearing every day. The room lights were too dim, and both the bedroom and bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Please look into these issues; thank you very much.

Had a great stay overall! The hotel was nice, the staff were super helpful, and the AC worked perfectly — really cool and comfy.
The only downside was that I booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. It was a bit funny because if you sleep right in the middle, you can definitely feel the “border” between the two beds (lol).
Other than that, everything was great and I’d still recommend this place!
