The hotel's location in a small alley is quite convenient. There are a lot of motorbikes outside the entrance. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. The Chinese food service is also pretty good, though the rooms aren't very spacious.

so far for us as a couple it wasn’t that bad. We arrived during their transformation for zuri to ayda hotel. during our stay we had problems with our health because of the AC. every morning we woke up with pain in our throat. the room looks very nice, the bathroom was good and the shower got really warm, But the bed was not comfortable and the room was not isolated we could hear the conversations from our neighbors and there was a door to the room next to us. so if we open the doors from both side you are in the room from each other…. during the mornings we heard the music that they play in the hall all the way on our room and that was really frustated. the people from the hotel housekeeping until the security were very helpful and kind but I hope for the hotel they will improve the rooms in the future. and if they clean the room they must change the bedcovers because thats what they not do now :(

Clean and comfortable room, clean sheets, friendly stuff. Just the internet connection could be better, overall it's a fine place to stay for a couple of nights!

It's comfortable, the reception is on standby 24/7, who are very kind and friendly. They really help us quickly if we have any problems at the hotel. The food is also quite delicious.

This place is incredibly convenient, with a quiet atmosphere and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. It’s close to Kuta Train Station and Chinatown (about a 30-minute ride, depending on traffic), and just 40 minutes from the airport. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, adding to the great experience.

A very famous chain restaurant around the globe. Always be the number one fried chicken in fast food category. However the restaurant here is a bit hot. They really need to crank up that air conditioning. Although they have a few other menu selection, I always go for their original recipe fried chicken.

Really poor experience. Slow serving and the food was really really really small (see pictures attached) from far the absolute worse kfc I have ever been all country included. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste your money
