Some good bits, reception staff friendly, room cleaning staff also, rooms cool with AC. But a few issues. We had a cockroach everyday in the room until we bought bygone. The breakfast was quite poor, the first day still we nearly an hour of service left, nearly everything sold out- we asked if it would be topped up but overheard the kitchen staff saying they didn't want to, and then the staff member came and said it was all gone 🤷🏼‍♂️ they did do us some eggs though. Another day, the vegetables looked quite grim. Sometimes a drain smell in the bathroom, but can easily get over that! Not too far to walk to the MRT stop. Can be noisy with the street sounds, plenty of basko sellers smashing their wooden alerts and the guy outside the alfamart shouting all evening.

Rubbish Bin has no plastic. The smoking room has no ash stray. Room slippers provide only 1 pair. Hotel keys provide only one and are not allowed to have 2. So if you leave the room, the person inside your room has to follow as lift required access card

Picasso Inn Cipete is a convenient choice for business stays.
The location is strategic in South Jakarta, close to offices and main roads. The room is clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. Suitable for short business trips.

The hotel is okaish for the price. But personally didn't like it there very much. There is a certain odour and very low lighting in room with no window. Its just a dampy room.
But the staff and breakfast are nice.

Staid only for the night. Everything very comfortable. Room very complete, good bed. Check in also nice and smooth. Location very convenient. 24 hour mini market in front. Price is also just amazingly low.

For a hotel around 200K IDR with a strategic location and a minimarket right in front, this is definitely worth it! The room and bathroom were generally clean, though a few things could be improved:
- Some black mold on the wall :(
- Mattress and pillows looked worn, though still clean and odorless
- Drain area had visible dark stains, possibly from long use
Other than that, fixtures like the faucet looked new and tidy. The room includes a minibar, fridge, and a hairdryer (big plus!). Lighting was quite dim — just one soft lamp and a small one near the bed, combined with dark green-yellow walls made the room feel even darker. If you like low-light rooms, this might suit you, but I personally prefer brighter spaces.

TV and AC worked perfectly.
Good for a short 1–2 night stay! Also we ordered some foods and it was delicious with very reasonable price🫶🏻👏🏻👌🏻

I recently went on a family vacation and stayed at a hotel that offered great value for its price. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to the MRT station and nearby attractions. While the food and drinks at the hotel were unimpressive, the area had plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to explore. A short 500-meter walk to the MRT station provided easy access to spots like the Urban Forest and Blok M for hanging out. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and pleasantly cold, making it a relaxing place to stay.
