A nice comfy old hotel
The staff is not accomodating, got smoking room when i order non smoking room, dirty and not cool ac, e-door broken cant use keycard provided , lots of cigar ashes on drawer. Th staff asked if i want to open my door to summon him.
All toiletries towel and blanket are clean.

Got the hotel when most hotel in Jakarta are occupied, old hotel but enough clean and provide traditional food in the resto. You can choose the hotel but please don’t complain the physical building, as long as you enjoy and always thankful then this hotel is good for you!

Staying at this hotel was very confusing due to changes of rooms only for the room to be occupied by others and the previous were very noisy with people above and beside the room. The changed room were dirty with urine stains still on the toilet seat (i took a photo of this). Hotel agreed to cancel and offer refund but trip.com was very slow and inconvenient. Very confusing. Lastly, there were many literal mosquitoes at the cafe area which was weird because i sat there for a hour and it was ok and then a staff walked passed and suddenly I received alot of mosquito bite

Imma list what's lacking from them:
- No slippers
- No bathmat
- The sheets don't look clean, don't smell bad so I guess they did wash it, but not clean looking
- They should mop the floor coz it dirtied my feet (I can see shoes stamps on the floor)
- No hot water
- They only provided shampoo and soap, you might want to bring ur own toothbrush
- A bit dark in some spots, so it looks kinda scary
- Towel is old looking, it might be not unclean, but has this dirty looking look
- TV doesn't have good signal
- The AC is old, so it took a bit more time to be cold
- You may want to make sure that ur room card is charge in accordance to the amount of ur staying days, if not, u had to manually charge it each day after 12PM. I was not informed on checked in day and locked out of my room the next day.
- Another weird experience. On the second night, at 1 PM, the electricity on my room suddenly turned off. I had to revive it several times but it kept doing that. So I called the receptionist for help, they gave me a staff card to turn on the electricity. But it still turned off twice then became normal in the morning. Not really sure what happen there.
The good stuffs:
- The room is big
- There is a part of the room where u can store/change ur shoes near the the door
- There is big windows, and one small window that can be opened to get fresh air and sunlight
- Providing two water bottles (no tea/coffee bag tho)
- Providing two clothe hangers
- There is music in the hallway (Some might not like it, but I do, coz It made the hotel less scary)
Others:
- There is a water boiler to make hot drink (but i didn't use it)
- There is a small refrigerator (but idk if it works or not)
- There is hair dryer (doesn't use it either so idk id it works or not)

Aside from the smell of elevator, room and bathroom. Including the door that so hard to open. Those towel, u cant imagine to use it. 🙄
The hotel remove their buffet breakfast. I paid for room with breakfast but i didnt got any coffee. They said no more breakfast since march. And they even cant manage to give back the money i pay for it. Disappointed! 😒

Three star hotel, not too big, but clean and very strategic location near Roxy.
Food is nice.
Meeting room have free WiFi access.

Big room, clean and comfy.. There is 24 hours resto and circle K in the lobby.. You don't need to go out to find anything.. It's just the TV is so small compare to the room, it's barely watchable
