The room was clean and the location was convenient.
However the service needs improvement. There was no Wi-Fi and the water ran out and was only restored the following day. Aside from these issues the stay was okay.

I'm so sorry to give one star to this hotel. I booked this hotel for 3 nights and left after one night stayed there. The building is absolutely nice, location is perfectly in the middle of the city, but my room was horrible. The bed was okay but all the furniture was so dusty and dirty. Went to the bathroom and it was the worst part; e.g. toilet seat was like 100 years old - gross, so that you don't wanna sit on it or even look at it, floor was extremely dirty, trash bin seemed like never been cleaned, and more. I complained about it when I checked out but got no proper response. It's very sad because the building itself is actually beautiful. I hope it's gonna be fixed soon and gets more attention from the management.

Absolutely a lovely experience! Was staying in Deluxe room and for that price the deluxe room was very spacious, the bed was also very comfortable, and my room has balcony! 10/10 going to rebook in Artha for my next stay.

Untuk ukuran kamar oyo dgn harga 210k something (price depend on how earlier you book this property. I mean by weeks earlier).
Minus:
- No bathsoap, only handsoap.
- bathroom kinda smell not really good.
- waterflow for shower is very small.
- no wifi
- charge for deposit, but its optional. I dont bring any cash with me at that time, i offer cc or debit, they dont have it, so they just aka for my id card to be hold.
- no tissue at room
Plus:
-affordable
-room is spacious (208)
-a balcony
-ricefield view
-good place, near to anywhere
