A clean, decent-standard hotel with air conditioning and an elevator. Its main advantage is its location – right next to the train station (but without the noise of trains or cars), yet just steps from Marlioboro Street and within walking distance of the very center of Yogyakarta.

Very dirty, very noisy near the train station, very tiring to sleep

The shower smells like an old toilet.
There is medicine that was often used in the men's toilet in the drain.
There was a lot of what appeared to be women's hair under the table.
There is no refrigerator.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
For the price and location right in front of the station, I think it's worth it.

Good wifi connection.
The drink is ok
Opposite the train station, it's convenient to have a rest here & looking for accomodation.
Very friendly staff.
And clean toilet inside the restaurant.
The afternoon sun will shine to this place so that could not seat for long time , that is the minor point
