Family vacation from Malang, stopped in Yogya and stayed here. We booked 3 rooms, all good. The food was delicious, and it's close to Malioboro too, very comfortable. Thanks, Trip.com!

Honestly, it's hard to put into words. I was so excited when I arrived at the hotel; the exterior and lobby looked great. But as soon as I entered the room, I was really disappointed. First, there was a strong odor, and second, the duvet and pillows looked used and were very dirty. I felt a bit itchy sleeping on them at night, and woke up with two small red bumps on my back. I'm really sensitive to dirty sheets; I usually get bumps on my back if the bedding isn't clean. Very disappointed. I really hope they change the sheets and duvet covers.

Worst hotel experience ever! Cleanliness is below anything I can describe. Every night, there are cockroaches running around. The toilet floor is slimy. Stains on the towel. The dead cockroach is still there the next day after clean up by housekeeping. My allergy spike up, the carpet never got cleaned. So very gross!
The staffs are very friendly though.
They turn only one lift, so you have to wait every time going up or down.
