This is a good mid range hotel near interesting cafes and a market. The staff are helpful and prompt. The breakfast was OK, more variety perhaps? and coffee was not great. Excellent pool and garden area.

Centrally located along a street full of various sizes hotels and homestays
Locals frequented the morning market complex at the far left end of the hotel. while a variety of eateries, drinks stalls convenience stores pharmacies known locally as Apoteks (K24) in case you are unwell lined on the right adjacent road to the far right end of the hotel.
Courteous helpful polite staff will exchange greetings starting with "Pak".
Fahry and a few other in reception housekeeping team and Security team. Some staff are able to converse quite fluently in English
Bed and Room on the 4th floor are daily makeup around 930am. TV with 16 Channels available. A balcony to relax also avails one to sightings of Mount Merapi when weather good
Four Bandung bottled Mineral glass bottles replenished daily with water dispenser near lift landing
Laundry services @ Hotel are available with 20% discount

A very good option for value for money when visiting Yogyakarta. It's in a quiet area, perfect for resting.

The hotel was perfectly situated to explore the gems of Yogyakarta, the room was well appointed however it was disappointing to be allocated a room that had little more than a view of a neighbouring building roof, with just a glimpse of the city beyond, that said, the balcony was spacious and many hours writing were enjoyed on the balcony. Breakfast was sufficient but do get there early as many trays where left empty at peak times. I loved the neighbourhood which boasted great cafes and places to eat along side artisan bread shops, jewellers and a magnificent antique store. The hotel staff were exceptional. I would certainly return and highly recommend.

The hotel's amenities include a clean outdoor swimming pool with separate areas for children and adults, as well as a gym and spa for relaxation after sightseeing.
Breakfast was generally tasty and satisfying, though some guests felt the variety could be improved.

I loved the hotel. It's close to a very lively part of the city, perfect for grabbing a drink and interacting with the locals, who are very open and friendly.

Buffet breakfast is with variety.
However it is always having finished plates or cups lying in the corridor over night and it may create hygienic problem.
Last night parts of rooftop at outer rim of building are fallen apart with such loud sound.

Had a good and tasty Cap Cay, gf had a chicken/vegetable curry missing most of the vegetables. Decent place on the tourist street for Indonesian food

I am not an expert on Indonesian cuisine and can't judge it properly but for me it was just not fresh and tasty. We took catfish in curry and nasi rawon but we even didn't finish it, maybe it's just not our taste. Anyway they have very nice staff. But they don't have wifi.
