This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s been a pleasant experience both times. One thing to note is that on Sundays, there’s a church service downstairs, so it can get a bit busy around that time. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price.
The rooms are not very spacious, but they are still decent and comfortable for the price you’re paying.
The location is great, and the service has been good each time I’ve stayed. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with all the essentials.

The staff is not friendly and the place is not very nice. I won't recommend it to anyone. The transportation is also inconvenient.

Simple, clean, good location.. staff are kind and helpful. Price acceptable. For average level, this is one of the best hotels i can suggest

Stayed here for a night befoure our trip back to our home-based the following morning. It started as not so good experience at first, since our bed/pillows were dirty. But the reception staff been helpful and taking care of this, even offering us to move to another room, which we did not take since we already unpacked some stuff from our luggage. Location wise it is quite strategic and easily access some locations around the city.

For breakfast over all yummy and have croissant bread delicious. Clean and comfort to stay. Hotel position is very strategis and near from UGM, central shopping Gardena and Galleria Mall. The line of streat a lot of street food and cafe like gudeg Yu djum, Sagan et al.

Enjoyed staying there, the foods for breakfast were good, the room was small but enough for the two of us. It was within walking distance to the nearest bus stop, malls and eating places easy access everywhere. Love the omelette, by the way 👍

I like the location. Near to some restaurants and convenience store ( Indomaret), Close to my daughter's dorm :). The staffs are helpful and friendly. The variety of TV channel is good.

The first time I entered, the room was stink (from the toilet pipe, probably), not fully cleaned; I still found some trash from previous guest and cigarette filter on the bathroom floor, limited and bland breakfast (but thanks for the Indomie), not alone the wifi that were so slow.
Usually, when we stay in other hotels, we found our room cleaned after we left for a few hours. But NOT this hotel. They require clean-up sign in order for the room service clean the room. They do not initially just knock and ask. Which is lame.

The room is pretty comfortable but the toilet is a no no. The bathroom's door can't be locked and the shower was not working.
