It’s not far from ‘Kraton’ and Malioboro. Cleanlines is ok, but hotel is busy so they likely to ask you to check out as soon as possible.

They have swimming pool and quite nice garden.
BUT
The hotel staff were indifferent, the waiting area or lobby was hot. The security were very unhelpful with parking, despite the hotel being located on a busy highway, they really needed to assist.
The food was bad; undercooked and tough and very basic like a small eatery. Imagine, the salad was served with raw corn and raw green peas.
The bathroom amenities were very minimal, like they were just there.
Only the cleanliness of the towels and bed could be said to be good.
Other than that, everything else was just so sooo.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location—really close to Malioboro. The room is big and spacious, but you can tell it’s an older hotel, so a little update here and there would help. At first, I was worried the room wouldn’t be clean or might smell musky, but it turned out just fine. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options, so don’t expect too much. Overall, I’d still recommend this place if you just need a decent hotel for a night or two.

For a family trip this place is amazing enough, unfortunately the water is running out in the morning so that me and my family can't take a bath, maybe it only happened in my room

It’s a old hotel. They have not maintained it well especially the toilets. The service and staff are excellent 🙏
