Friendly staff and good location

The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.

Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. Fast internet. Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was a little light relative to high Israeli breakfast standards but then again it's a small boutique so you can't expect scale.

The breakfast was excellent the coffee always available was great and the staff gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday they were wonderful. The only thing about the room is that there was no luggage rack chair for your luggage to sit on so I had to put it on the floor.

I highly recommend the hotel. The location is great. Very close by the sea and close to a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. I stayed only 2 nights. The breakfast was nice. Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). Good situation and good views to Mediterranean. Rooms are ok. Nothing special but everything what you needed. Sometimes places seems little dirty but you can handle it. Overall we got good memories from these hotel and especially Netanya Heikki from Finland

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat. Room could have been a lot cleaner. It was smelly and had a dusty odour. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the fake flowers were full of dust and we had to rest them outside on the verandah that had no table or chairs so impossible to enjoy unless standing.

Excellent hotel! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many options for a romantic dinner, wine bars and more. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and some rooms have balconies. The best value for money in the city, and they even serve a basic breakfast of coffee and pastries. Would come here again for sure.

It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.

Stayed in this hotel in Tel aviv clean room with fridge and comfortable double bed. Air- con, Next to shops and bakery, 10 walk to the beach. I went away for 3 days and was back late I arranged with reception to have room ready which was cleaned and keys were left out for me and my luggage was safe as well. I had no issues would recommend. The Idelson Hotel is not far from the beach and the stuff is very kind . The rooms are spacios and have air conditioning. This place is ok for city break in Tel Aviv . My experience in the Hotel is good .
