The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly, and there is complimentary coffe, tea and cold water in the lobby. The location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping and restaurant.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a significant amount of dust, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the cleaning staff was loud and came across as unprofessional. Considering the price, the experience was not worth it, as there are significantly better options available at the same price point. We were disappointed, especially since this was our second stay at...
The room was immaculate and comfortable, the location is exceptional. The no key doors ( you open the door with your phone), makes it easier to go out without worrying about losing your keycard.
Seaside Hotel, as its name suggests, is located just 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are decorated in a predominantly blue palette, creating a relaxed atmosphere. There's no desk, so it's not suitable for business travelers. 😭 The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was on the first floor, with limited options, but the 24-hour hot water and coffee available in the lobby was quite good.
Good location, comfortable room Good location. Comfy bed. Good toiletries. The room was a bit dusty (bookshelves and window rails) and the windows need a clean. I stay again.
Loved staying here. The room was super clean and orderly, the room was nice and big with a tv. Lots of lighting and a good sized bathroom. They have breakfast on weekends but not during the week. Super close to the beach, would recommend!

The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is very close to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, about a 10–12 minute walk. Nearby, there are many shops, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, clothing stores, pharmacies, and more. The rooms and the cleaning service are very good. It wasn’t my first time here, and I will keep coming back because I enjoy the stay and feel...
beautiful hotel, clean rooms, the reception employees are very kind and help I arrived to the hotel with my husband and the employee agree to gave us the rooms .early it was a very considerate .the hotel is close to the Al-Aqsa mosque

We had a fantastic stay here last month. The Staff is top notch and very accommodating. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were fabulous with many tasty options. We felt very safe here. The beds and pillows were comfy and the shower had such great pressure. Excellent location to boot!
We have just arrived home from a ten day holiday in Jerusalem where we stayed at the Golden Walls Hotel; we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and the decor was warm, modern but with artefacts from history. The roof terrace is a lovely addition, with views of the City walls...

This is our second time in this hotel since the beginning of the year! As like before we did enjoy very much! The staff are very helpful & gave good service. The staff in the front the front desk (Michael & Dima) attended every needs we needed. And Issam the evening duty manager pampered us! Me & my friends really appreciate his service & assistance to us! The food is excellent in our entire stay!...
everything was excellent. my daughter is gluten free and the kitchen staff went all out to give her some of every kind of gluten free food item they make: the choices were very extensive of salty and sweet type foods.
Excellent hotel The hotel is at a high level in all parameters: reception, rooms, lobby, dining room, Carmel lounge. Lior, who has a high sense of service, should be mentioned from the lounge, as well as Luda, and also the chef named Saba, who made especially delicious gnocchi. From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything...
Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat.
The best breakfast ever!!! Our room had a hot tub on the patio and entrance to the Business lounge!
Low bed comfort, corridor overly noisy by night, room cleaning (old carpets), TV remote sticky (’disgusting’). Breakfast very few choice of fresh fruits (just watermelon and melon on the four days we've been at the hotel). Public transportation: station access is fairly too far, wont recommend for families or elders. Overall not 100% satisfied of the room, very expensive compared to other properties...

Highly recommend the eggs Benedict. The restaurant staff also friendly Danielle, Romi, Hilla and all the team. Rooms were spotless and beds so comfortable- bathroom towels were large and fluffy.
Front Desk Staff - Moishe, Victor, Jessica, Michelle, all the waiters’(incl LaiHee) & the housekeeping staff were all superb! Janis & I enjoyed our excellent healthy and fulfilling Israeli breakfasts, phenomenal location and sparkling clean rooms - all offered at a fair price. We highly recommend Tel Aviv’s Poli Urban Hotel by AFI! Thank you y’all again, for your warm Israeli hospitality.
Room was spotless, location was excellent. Room was well designed and comfortable.
Poli Urban By Afi Hotels ideally located hotel for requirement. Greta staff friendly and helpful
The hotel is very nice, modern, well decorated and the personnel were extra helpful, considering specially that we came in times of war!!! We were lucky enough that our room was a bunker and we did not have to move when the sirens sounded! Very recommended!
Great Place! Great place to stay! Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Yafo, Carmel Market, etc.

A unique hotel in a wonderful location: by the beach, close to the old port of Joppa and the Carmel market. Excellent room (kept very clean), fantastic breakfast, awesome location, and brilliantly helpful staff. We had a great stay and absolutely recommend Jewel TLV Hotel to anyone looking for a quality, friendly place to stay in Tel Aviv.
Fast internet. Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was a little light relative to high Israeli breakfast standards but then again it's a small boutique so you can't expect scale.
The breakfast was excellent the coffee always available was great and the staff gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday they were wonderful. The only thing about the room is that there was no luggage rack chair for your luggage to sit on so I had to put it on the floor.
I highly recommend the hotel. The location is great. Very close by the sea and close to a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. I stayed only 2 nights. The breakfast was nice. Missing maybe some normal bread but it was for sure very complete. Little downside. My room with seaview was nice thought the noise from the street is 24/7. For some guests this might be a problem.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was clean. No view

Room is okay, it's clean and the bed is nice. The only thing we don't like is that the batteries of the remote are missing and during that time there's no reception already. They should manage to have a receptionist all the time coz they have guests. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience. Three days of Jewish New Year. The staff makes one feel that we're visiting their own home. The rooms are spotless, newly renovated and decorated in a modern style. The food was tasty and creative. We had a corner room and thus had views of the city and Haifa Port spread below us. It was our first visit but we'll be back again and again.
The food is nice (breakfast, launch and dinners). The price is average. The staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are crampy(small sized). The infrastructure of the hotel need a whole rework from sewer(hotwater) and leaking pipelines to elevators, electricity, smoke detectors that alerts on shower steam, dim lights, wifi that dissconects frequently and little knobs or accessories that need a fix. A quiet haven in the middle of Tel Aviv. Fantastic location opposite the best ice cream shop in the city and right by the pedestrian walkway which leads to Jaffa, the light rail and the sea. A great convenient stay in the heart of jerusalem This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line. It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great.
