The entrance is a bit difficult to find. Enter here and ask in beforehand for the PIN to enter (the upper keyboard).
The room is good, the reception is not always manned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
De Cardo's rooms are unhygienic, unsafe, and with unresponsive customer service to handle the inevitable issues.
We had booked a room here for 4 consecutive nights, to be followed by another 2. When we arrived at 8am, despite their information claiming the desk was staffed at 8am, we waited until 9:30am and there was still no one there. Multiple guests were waiting to check out but couldn't.
When we were finally able to check in at 3pm (on erev Shabbat, leaving no time), the bathroom reeked of mold causing my partner a severe allergic reaction.
The hot water heater is suspended over the toilet seat by two rusty brackets, violating every building health and safety code in existence and one bad day away from crushing a guest to death on the toilet.
We then woke up the next day to discover the deadbolt had jammed, trapping us in the room overnight. After contacting the phone number provided by the hotel (no staff are present overnight), it took 3 hours for them to unlock it.
We were then refused a refund as evidently the hotel does not consider the health nor safety of its patrons a priority.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to centers, Mamila & The Kotel. The room was super cute, but the shower & bathroom were in bad shape. Also, the TV remote was no where to be found & since the front desk person wasn’t there from 11 PM - 10 AM so I could not watch TV.

Terrible terrible stay. I wouldn't stay there even for free. The rooms are falling apart, the noise level was out do this world, we could hear people literally screaming throughout the night. Stay away, unless you don't like to sleep.

A great convenient stay in the heart of jerusalem
This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line.
The apartment is really well designed and truly makes the most of its size. We were a family of 5 and felt spacious enough.
The downside of the stay was the communication before our arrival. It was pretty difficult to reach them via email or phone but eventually everything worked out fine

It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. Fine if you get it at a great price, but know what you are getting
