Great apartment to stay during our visit. In walking distance from the old Town. Also two tramway stations away from the biggest grocery market. You gave everything you need in the apartment in terms of utilities. We enjoyed our stay.

We fell in love with our little apartment, with Jaffa Street and Jerusalem. The apartment is simple, If you are looking for a luxury room, this is not the place to choose. Our apartment was so perfect for us. Warm, clean, walking distance to Holy sites. It has a kitchen and we prepared many of our meals here. Food is expensive in Israel so this was a great savings. We brought a carry on luggage filled with food and so glad for our little kitchen to prepare meals in. It has a washing machine and this was an important reason we chose to stay here. We traveled lightly with back packs and two changes of clothing, but we were able to wash clothes every night. A deep bath tub that was wonderful to soak in. Again, nothing fancy here, but a comfortable, safe, warm home away from home. I guess the rating depends on your expectations, but we loved our little home on iconic Jaffa Street and easily can give exceptional ratings in all areas. The manager and staff all very helpful and so courteous! They even made me a cup of coffee. I am a 71 year old woman traveling to Israel with a thirteen year old child. We had an amazing adventure, again so grateful for our little home we always returned to at the end of the day.

Finding the location of the hotel was like being in a treasure hunt game, since despite the indications they send to locate the place, it was a bit confusing, but we managed to get to the place! Unfortunately during our visit to Israel it was party time and the music and all that accompany the parties were until dawn and did not let us rest but we understood that it was not the hotel's fault. So my recommendation is that if you want to rest to be able to enjoy your day, find a place well away and go on days when is not season celebration.
I would also recommend that when paying, make sure that you only swipe your card once, because when we paid they told us that the card did not work so we paid with someone else's card and when we got home we realized that they had taken the money in the two banks, now we have been trying to talk to someone for three weeks to get our money back but we only get automated responses. We will continue trying to get to talk to someone because it is not 100 euros that we are talked about, but 1000. Make sure that when you leave the place everything is in order so nothing like that happen to you. The staff is very friendly and their friendliness makes you forgive certain things (they clean the rooms once a week, but the only thing they did were making the bed lol, everything else were the same) . I hope someone from the hotel will take the trouble to work on our case and do the necessary research to resolve this issue.

Nice location, easy to get, parking garage nearby, cafes and restaurants! Everything that you might to want! But room 3507 had broken window's glass and at night becomes very noisy! Also Light in the bathroom automatically turned off too soon! Be careful!

Wonderful place to stay! My friends & I stayed at Yafo St 35 and it is very modern & comfortable. Great location close to the city center but still quiet at night. Staff provide terrific care & service! 10/10 would recommend. Not to mention the price was perfect - even for vacationing on a budget!

Decent apartments in the close proximity of the old city. Great value for money with an amazingly helpful staff. Highly recommended.
