Room was clean - had snacks!
Good rest - couldn’t ask for more.
The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation.
Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).
The location is fantastic, right next to Ben Yehuda Street, and having on-site parking was a huge plus. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast exceeded expectations: plenty of variety, fresh pizza, and a team that clearly puts effort into making the meal enjoyable.
All in all, we left with a great impression and would happily stay here again, especially once the renovations are complete.
