The staff were very nice and the room was big. The rooms did feel tired though, even though they were supposedly the 'deluxe' rooms. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size.
I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations.
The only issue was that there wasn't toothpaste provided and front desk said it wouldn't be available until the morning. Oh well! Everything else was comfortable and pleasant!
