Was there for shabbat with my 2 kids, and was treated extraordinarily well. The staff was extremely accommodating for all shabbat needs, there were prayers on site. Overall my experience was great. Food was delicious, easily walkable to the beach and Ice Mall, and views from the poolside rooms were spectacular. There is also a great playroom for kids, and they had multiple programs for them.
Highly recommend for going away with kids.

The hotel’s main advantage is its location. The rooms are relatively small, and drinking water is not provided in the rooms, as it needs to be purchased separately.
The food is quite basic.
The restaurant staff are polite and friendly.

The rooms were unclean to say the least, unpleasant smell and very poor service. No service for suitcases or phone to order them. The coffee machine was poor and most of time in no condition to work. In my opinion this is 2 stars hotel not 4 stars.

Excellent hotel close to the beach and to the shopping center, there are also many restaurants and places for children, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was excellent, this is an ideal hotel for a holiday with children in Eilat

Dirty and old Hotel , with cockroaches and a lot of mosquitoes , even in the restaurant area , plates no 100% clean, tasteless food and few and rude staff , especially at the reception an Argentinian woman ( I don't know her name ) who made us wait longer than expected and gave us a bad basement room , terrible experience we will never come back to this hotel , no 5 star at all

The hotel is amazing Ive never been in hotel that everyone is so nice, and want to help you. The ones who gave me the best service was Rephael, he was making sure that everything is okay ALL THE TIME !! Dalia solved our problem with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and hot. I will defenetly return.

The food is OK, the cleaning is good, the Jack&Uzi was very-good, the Sauna was small but excelent. The room was OK. The entertinment was less then OK. We enter on the other side of the road to see Tovia Tzafir show. We will not return there unless there is a very very very good deal...
