Location: 60 km from the airport of Ovda, in 20-25 minutes walk from the seafront.

I had my most horrifying experience with a hotel staff so far!!I meet the most cold and heartless staff in the reception. They throw us away in the middle of the night when u can't get any hotel to sleep till the morning.we would ended up sleeping in the street without the help of a friend who offer her apartment for the night.

A solid 3 star hotel. Do not come with high expectations. Service was nice as was the pool area, but the food was not good.

horible. food was ok receptionist only spoke hebrew no bellman i bought 2 size rooms a single and a double they were both the same the receptionest told me their is only one size the sent me a "fruit basket" which looked like it came from their kitchen not nicley wraped

This is not really one star - this is off the charts....bad. I have heard of all kinds of bad service and bad hotels, but this is the first time that I hear that the TOWELS are not included!!!! and made feel bad for even asking for a towel - the audacity of a customer of a hotel - imagine, they want a towel.

The rooms are very dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned by the hotel’s crew. They got us to pay extra 250 NIS, claiming that the security team has warned us while we weren’t even in the hotel at the time of the so called security warnings, the hotel’s employees are very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all not even at the price of 20 NIS per night.

Lacking service, mediocre rooms only good thing about them was the A/C, food was terrible, the pool is tiny and doesn't even resemble the photos,only one elevator works so it takes so long to get to your room, the hotel itself was dirty and unkept even parking for the hotel was on a dirt park.
Only fair thing about the place was the price.

It's a poor man's all inclusive. Not a club or resort, unless having a pool makes it a resort. Everything is average. It's a party scene, hence "club". It's confusing here. 3 hotels by same company, sometimes lunch is served at one and not the other, no advanced notice. They were kind enough to let us stay in Be Unique hotel instead, Be Club is for kids and parties. Inclusive drinks is a joke. Tiny plastic cups. No cocktails, just cheap rum, tequila and vodka mixed with soda or juice.

Lack of service, when staff came to clean the room 3 times during our 3 days they didn't knock on the door at all (and nobody entered the room eventually, so the garbage cans were full).
we came to the room and furnitures were "placed" pretty weird as you can see in the picture.
parts of the ceilings were coming off and even a metal plate fell on top of the head of an employee one meter behind me while walking. the whole hotel is really dirty and dusty.
only 2 good things:
1) location: the hotel is around 2 minutes walk from the central bus station
2) food was usually pretty nice, like usual 3 stars hotels
