It's better to sit in the front area. The Pool area is good and comfortable. Good service of ice, towels, and chairs. The hotel is very close to the main promenade of Eilat, Ice Mall and Jambo, all in walking distance

Thanks to all team for hospitality and amazing experience. The stuff is very helpful, delicious cuisine, diverse range of food. And perfect service of the restaurant, the waiters were helpful and polite

We stayed at the Astrol Palma from November 2023 for sometime and found the hotel, it's staff and especially the food to be excellent. The food here is better than some of the big hotels in the area

Had a living area, bathroom, and the bedroom separate. The food was excellent with tons of choices and the hotel is just a couple minutes walk from the boardwalk at the marina

We would recommend this hotel very higher

Parking is free for hotel guests and located in from of the Ice Mall. In general we really enjoyed and it was great value for money

Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area

Loved it. Clean rooms, great service and the most amazing breakfast. We have an allergic kid, and the chef was so kind and handled it in the most attentive and responsible way. We will certainly come back.

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc

U Magic Palace is located in a central place in Eilat. We travel to Eilat at least twice a year, but that was our first stay at this hotel. The reception was efficient and welcoming, especially Ismeralda, who was great

It's a poor man's all inclusive. Not a club or resort, unless having a pool makes it a resort. It's a party scene, hence "club"

A solid 3 star hotel. Do not come with high expectations. Service was nice as was the pool area, but the food was not good.

3 hotels by same company, sometimes lunch is served at one and not the other, no advanced notice. They were kind enough to let us stay in Be Unique hotel instead, Be Club is for kids and parties

No cocktails, just cheap rum, tequila and vodka mixed with soda or juice

Rooms are a little outdated and eclectic, and the location is a little too far from everywhere (except the undersea observatory). To it's credit the hotel is a fun place to hang out, with decent food and nice amenities

This is our third time visit to this hotel which we are very happy every time from the service which have from this hotel

It is very close to scuba diving clubs,Coral beach,Princess beach

Deserves a way better rating. I felt like I’m relaxing in Thailand. It’s nice it’s a 10min drive to center, it’s quiet and they provide bikes for free. Thank you to Patricia who was very helpful and kind.

Location three minutes from the beach. Close to the marina and a shopping arcade. The hotel's restaurant is a cullinary experience.

She helped us with literally every thing we asked and went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. She adds a star or two to this hotel. Pool: was cold enough to keep everyone out

Great value for money, views and location I have stayed several times at the Adi. The location and views from every room are great. The upkeep has been very good lately, and I note a new air-conditioner system

This hotel was an incredible visit and experience unlike any other I’ve stayed at, the food is sustainable and edible, and some options may even contain seasoning, the lobby is pure excitement feature if a free trampoline available for all guests, and many functioning massage chairs in fact sometimes I was even lucky enough to see native Israeli cats within the lobby, the vending machines are versatile...

The breakfast is good (not overly fancy like many other hotels), and am always very happy with the value for money

The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast is good and the dinner decent enough. The pool is a good size, facing the sea. There is no wow factor here, but then you get what you pay for

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Astral Maris in Eilat. The boutique hotel is in a fantastic location, right off the beach near the Mul Hayam Mall

The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options. The hotel also has a pool, though it's not heated

- The pool is big enough and was not so crowded. The negative point - When we performed check in the receptionist was not English speaker. We were able to communicate but a bit weird for a hotel in Eilat

In the evenings, there was live music in the lobby, and tonight they’re hosting bingo—not sure if that’s a regular event, but it adds to the fun atmosphere. Overall, this is a great spot for some rest and relaxation

The price was very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room

Room was a bit small, and in the pool area there are not enough shady spots

Quaint, stylish little place with a nice pool. Not as loud or busy as larger Eilat hotels. The hotel is generally in need of a bit of maintenance but nice overall

They are completely at odds with my experience, particularly with regards to the food, which for me was a highlight of the place. I did not experience any particular noise (maybe I was lucky) and my room was clean

Staff were not exactly effusive but always helpful - not an uncommon experience in Israel. For me the only downside was no wifi in the room. I had to take my laptop to the foyer to access the internet

Food was delicious, easily walkable to the beach and Ice Mall, and views from the poolside rooms were spectacular. There is also a great playroom for kids, and they had multiple programs for them

The most beautiful beaches with the coral reef for snorkeling and diving are right next to the hotel which was just perfect for us

The website also made it seem that the pool and lounge at the Shangri-la was open when it was in fact closed due to a lack of staff. The main pool area had too many flies to be able to sit comfortably and relax

Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay The view from the Top near the lobby gives a very peaceful, relaxing outlook

I checked in at the late hour of 11:30 PM when my previous booking fell through. Hotel was absolutely stunning high end, but price was about 1/3 what I expected. Staff was exceptional.

It's a bit of a shame that they use disposable cups and spoons (much nicer to drink from a regular cup). The pool is nice, but here too the lack of maintenance and the feeling of lack of cleanliness are noticeable

We stayed in Eilat for 1 night and even if we stayed in many places, this was the first time we stayed at EVE

We were in the hotel, in two rooms, the rooms were all of reasonable size, and well equipped, unfortunately the level of cleanliness was low, and the maintenance was in a less good condition, lots of rust in the shower, the toilet didn't work well, the air conditioner was noisy and although the staff was very nice and came to us every time we called them, they didn't have much to do

The dining room is large, not the cleanest and not the most pleasant but there is a very large selection at breakfast, and the staff here is also very nice

unless you are specifically looking for a facility that feels closer in time to the historical Herod (he may have used the same gym equipment), you may find yourself like me having paid for a 5-star experience that you didn't quite get and then having to correct the online record to set things straight

The facilities are in excellent condition, and include: a very large indoor jacuzzi (great!), a large sauna (great!), a large steam room (great!) as well an outdoor jacuzzi (great!) and hot and cold waterfalls (unbelievably awesome!)

Seriously, if you own this hotel and are reading this: there is no excuse for not having a full gym renovation. (And you should be able to get a good price for collectors of antique weight machines

Having not visited Eilat in over 17 years, we were looking for a place to unwind and rejuvenate a bit and the Herod's Vitalis delivered in a big way

At breakfast they serve you coffee and eggs which is a substantial upgrade from having to fight your way through a hotel breakfast buffet. We had dinner their one night which was "ok" but not worth the premium

But, it's also well overdue for renovation, and 4-stars is a much more reasonable assessment at what it is now. (I gave it 3-stars in this review, just to try to get some balance back in the world

The hotle welcome us with music and Brasilian show. beside a lot of snakers. 6 swimming pool's Delicios food many activity's for the child's one of the best hotels I have ever been

The room and area are indeed old, elevators are slow, and doors do not always open in the required floor. Lobby and pool are nice, and will be great in Winter

we went as a family with 5 kids for three nights. great hotel good food and wonderfull personal sevice. we had a birthday and we got wine chapaigne and chocolate to the room

also a boy that is sensetive to sugar they went specialy to buy a sugar free cereal. and check up that we are satisfied

There is an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, a beach bar and music. This is open 10-4pm in the winter months and 9-6pm in summer. The pool temperature is great and a good place to relax

You can get pool towels from the lobby. The location of this hotel is good with bus routes nearby and some supermarkets a 5 minute drive away

We had a room with a bed for children. In the room nice balcony to drink coffee and look at Jordan, Red sea. Use of swimming pool and Spa in any of the hotels - they're 3. The transitions between them comfortable

The bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. The televison had a mind of it's own. We turned it off and it would come on and it kept cutting out. The rooms were very dark, very bad lighting

The place is really nice. Pretty bog pool and the kids were happy. The sea is just over the road. Nice breakfast. Convinient store near. And it 5 minutes walk from restaurants an bars. The staff os really warm.

Nice apartment village with a convenient location. Free car parking and not a bad supermarket near to the village. Ovda airport shuttle nearest stop is next to Rich Luxury Suites. 10 minutes walking to the city beach

Everything was fine except the pool lights didn't work . Maybe you can pay attention to that. Also the dryer didn't dry our clothes. Other than that,we loved it there and are planning to come again 😀
