Perfect location for visiting Assisi with excellent access to train station. Rooms comfortable, spacious and very clean and inviting. My room 206 with partial view of Assisi from my window. The best thing about this establishment is the staff which are friendly, patient, bilingual and ready to help with anything. I want to especially mention owner Francesco who is the perfect host.

I disliked my stay at this hotel very much. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, I asked for another room key, she snaps and says they only give one key per room because it is unnecessary even there were 3 people in a room. It was super inconvenient due to one person having to stay up for the other 2 the come to the room to let them in.
Not only was there a moldy smell in the room, but it was just overall uncomfortable from the mattress to the furniture. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

A good hotel, but what really stood out was the food – absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I already want to go back!

Overall a good experience. The hotel is in a great position to get to Assisi and the s.Mary of the angels by car or by foot. Very disappointed with the cleaness of the room and the toilet. I stayed for two nights and they didn't clean the room and they didn't replace the towels in the bathroom, not even the rug. The shower head didn't have anything to hung it up so I have to hold it while having a shower. The duvet didn't have the cover and the mattress was way too much soft and probably old.

cuando estábamos por llegar a Asís Francesco se comunicó con nosotros para ofrecernos otro hotel muy cercano ya que se había roto la caldera. El otro era excelente y la verdad estamos agradecidos por la atención.
