Extremely kind, attentive employees, they treat guests almost like family members. They welcome you every day and are happy to provide help or information. The food is very delicious, plentiful, beautifully presented. The hotel's common areas and rooms are extremely clean, there is always a fresh smell everywhere. Super comfortable beds. We will be happy to return to you!

Very nice staff, plentiful and tasty food, the servers are smiling and hardworking. István also knew Hungarian, we received a lot of information from him. The hotel and its surroundings are clean and easily accessible. Sipping a cappuccino on the terrace is a relaxing feeling.

This is a very well run family hotel, with adequate rooms, a pool and a bar. However a few things need attention. We had 1/2 board (breakfast and dinner) and the breakfast buffet is excellent, plenty of choice. The presentation of the dinner meals is very poor, there is no imagination at all and having ordered the roast beef option one evening to be presented with a plate with 2 slices of roast beef (Nothing else) I though this was a joke. The above is one example, there were many during our 7 day stay. The service at the bar is also terrible and on 2 occasions we waited so long to be served we eventually left and went to bed.

Booked this hotel a week before travelling. Decided to call and confirm the reservation and a few details and asked in Italian if someone spoke English and the person let out a long sigh and HUNG UP THE PHONE!! I tried calling back multiple times and the line kept "disconnecting" like someone was ignoring the call.
All we had were a few questions about our reservation and instead this establishment has lost our business for good and we will be sure to tell everyone we live around in Italy to never visit this establishment since they are so rude to Americans.
