I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mom. We booked two single rooms, hoping they'd be close together, but we were placed on the first and third floors. The rooms were small and basic; the balcony in the side room overlooked the other hotel, which wasn't particularly pleasant, but for two nights it wasn't a problem. The real downside was the mattress: springy, firm, and a bit sagging. It was so uncomfortable that I spent practically all night awake. I had to request an extra pillow because only one was provided. There's parking, although it's a bit small. Light sleepers should be aware that the rooms aren't soundproofed, and there's a lot of noise starting in the early hours of the morning! Overall, I would only recommend it for short stays.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our two dogs.
The room was classic, not modern, but well-maintained and had a terrace.
Quiet location.
Decent breakfast for a 3-star hotel.
The reception and breakfast staff were extremely friendly.
Our dogs were treated and welcomed very well.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, the experience and the service offered were very pleasant.
The room was very nice and large with a nice balcony, ideal for those who have a large dog like us.

Really gentle personnel, full of information for mu staying in Lignano. I decide last minute to stay there and, with no reservation, i was welcomed and helped to find my stay there. Room spacious and clean, quiet, almost near the sea, you need to walk some hundreds meters, but path is safe and under the trees. I didn't ask for extra service, so i can not judge them. Parking not too much big, but for my motorbike was ok, There were also big cars in there, so i can give positive feedback for it

Spacious quadruple room, the way the spaces are arranged and organized makes it clear that the rooms have undergone renovations, it's a shame that the carpet was not removed during these interventions. In 2024 and in a seaside location with sand, having carpet in the room is not the best.

For the rest nothing to say. Good breakfast, there is a swimming pool to use in the adjacent hotel, bike rental service.

We stayed for only one night. Price was quite high. Hotel needs renovation. Elevators were dirty. Room from 1970. Tv size 32 inc..bathroom clean, room not realy. Made some request for additional bed, that were not heard…2,5 star hotel with price of 4. Breakfast was realy o.k.

Stayed for one night while passing through but booked several days in advance. I didn't have high expectations (having seen the photos online) and I don't know if all the rooms are the same but in the one I stayed in on the 4th floor the furnishings were very old and above all worn and with a lack of maintenance, dirty windows, bathroom with broken toilet and hair on the floor, the air conditioning filters unwatchable with the grills full of accumulated dust.
Acceptable mattress (two singles divided to make a double bed) even without a topper I slept quite well.
For the sum of €85.00 (at the end of the season) and without breakfast!
On a positive note, the kindness of the lady who welcomed and dismissed us.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

We've been here a few times.
Excellent location to the beach, about 3-5 minutes away.
It's about 10 minutes to the beginning of the shopping street.
The hotel is older but always clean.
Breakfast is sufficient.
Will definitely come back next time!

Unfortunately not exactly great. A wallet that was in the room disappeared and they washed their hands. I find such behavior unacceptable. They will never see me in this hotel again.

The rooms were excellent, and the service was exceptional, with impeccable tidying and attention to detail.

Found it by mistake on booking as we needed to stay somewhere one night on our way to South of France. For three adults sharing two bunk beds and a king size bed in a studio we payed merely 110 euros for a night, all of these in full season ( mid July) the price included closed parking, outdoor pool access, a specially designed spot on the beach including chaise lounges and umbrellas and full continental breakfast. The stuff was so nice and helpful showing us around and giving dinner recommendations. The beach is just two minutes walk and I was pleasantly surprised seeing the blue beach flag flying....perfect sand and nice shallow waters made our staying even more awesome. I also noticed on property tennis courts and bungalows and children play areas. Such a nice place to stay, definitely recommend to anyone on a budget looking for a decent, very clean and inexpensive place to spend a vacation.

This place is in a nice place and is pretty clean overall and people that work here are helpful and nice. It does have few issues, and one pretty much ruined my stay - WiFi. It was probably the worst wifi in any hotel i've been in. It was very hard to connect to. The room for 4 also had a very uncomfortable double bed. The breakfast was OK, it had every main dish needed. The hotel also provides the beds on beach, which is nice. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good prize. If the wifi was excellent, it would be a very pleasant stay.
