Do not ruin your stay !
It may be tempting to book as it’s cheaper than other hotels but it’s not worth it ! Trust me!
The facilities - everything is either old and smelly or broken and not working , food is very very basic , some of the dishes didn’t even have a taste like the fish and pasta : it was so bad 😟
I booked a superior room and the toilet smelled horrible for 4 days until they ‘ve finally changed the room , the staff (especially the young blonde girl at reception ) is so rude and not helpful , her attitude towards me when complained about the room being noisy and smelly toilet she didn’t even apologise but rather trying to find excuses such as nothing can be done “, it’s not our fault “😟 I could not believe this is happening to me !
The food is even better at your house, don’t even bother to come and eat , the staff at the eating place were as well very unhappy and it took ages until they brought something or helped ; there is one particular man there with glasses that has this rude / unhappy /frustrated face attitude and is never welcoming anyone , it’s like you’re staying there for free and he’s been punished to serve you 😂, absolutely no respect for the customers and a little smile at least or “good morning “🙈

The word I'd use for my experience here is underwhelming..
We booked last minute, so we were happy to find a room, but they never warned us about the air conditioning being out, and we had to find out by a notice in the lift.
The room was nice, but the shutters sounded very old and they were very noisy when opening and closing, sometimes making very worrying noises (same thing for the lifts, old and noisy).
During the night we kept the door to the terrace open due to the air conditioning being broken, so all the noises from the road kept us up - and there was a lot of noise since our room was a couple of floors above the entrance..
The breakfast was also very sad and poor.
The scrambled eggs tasted off and all the various spreads were sub-brand (which I never experienced in a 4 star hotel)
The the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially the girls in the reception who let us go to the pool even if it was supposed to close soon (it closes at 6pm) this was also because there were lots of people still in the pool and we promised we only wanted to have a quick swim to cool off.
One thing I noticed is that it seems dogs are allowed in the hotel, as I saw a few different people with their dogs, so that is a plus if you have a pet you're travelling with.

Do you know the show "nightmare hotel"? This hotel is probably the perfect candidate. The staff is friendly (fortunately) but the structure is dated with carpet in the corridors and we honestly haven't seen even one of 4 stars. The room was old, so old that there was even a radio that I would define as from another era.... The window had a broken closure and the light plates, the plates... perhaps they were already ugly in the 80s! The soundproofing of the rooms is nil and we even had some noisy guests in the next room, or perhaps they were even normal, in any case we woke up with them (at 6) and "accompanied" them to the exit, obviously passing for the bath, the showers and their conversations! The bathroom then... hostel stuff... I didn't take photos but you can find them in other reviews, don't doubt, they're true, maybe it's even worse in person. Curtain dividing the shower, chipped taps, mold on the drain. We stayed on a weekend, checked in at 2pm and checked out at 10am, but it's not clear why they have to tidy up the rooms at 8 in the morning! We didn't use the buffet breakfast, we ran away because we couldn't take it anymore! The cleanliness was just sufficient, in any case, not recommended!

Surreal experience. Everything is very dirty: the room and the bathroom in particular (I asked twice for the shower to be cleaned because it was indecent), the cot provided is stained in several places, the floors in the canteen are sticky as if they hadn't been washed for weeks. Even the common areas (stairs, corridors, children's area) are not well looked after. The entrance to the "restaurant" should be controlled with a bracelet like the paper ones in the hospital, but then no one checks. During the meal the only service offered by the staff is the collection of dirty dishes. If you need anything else you have to make do. Meals are served as a buffet (but that's not the problem). The only nice thing about the structure is the swimming pool which can be accessed by signing an attendance register and as far as I understand it is not managed directly by the hotel.

We booked 3 nights in this hotel with full board for 3 people. Only 2 positive points: the swimming pool and the view from the balcony. Small rooms, a bed for my daughter placed in a corner and completely damaged, a tiny bathroom whose finishes leave something to be desired, everything is damaged and not repaired, cleaning is done slowly. In our bed when we arrived: hair, a blanket with all the threads torn out, visible dust on the headboards and bedside tables. A bay window that requires 2 people to open. The entire hotel is abandoned, fountains that are not working, glass doors so dirty that you can see blurry. And then the highlight of the show: full board. If you come to eat good Italian food RUN AWAY. Buffet-style meal with a starter buffet: olives, cucumber cut from the day before, and a few slices of ham. Main course: 2 types of pasta in sauce and well-cooked frozen minced steaks. For the pizza: frozen pizza with a very hard crust. The buffet opens at 6:30 p.m., if you arrive at 7:15 p.m. you no longer have a table set, the whole room is a mess. Same for the morning at 8:00 a.m. or at noon. Very very very light and poor quality buffet. Wine included in the full board, which arrives at the table hot, having to ask for ice cubes several times. Dirty water carafes, dirty wine carafes, dirty glasses. The employees turn off the air conditioning during the meal, they all make an awkward face, except the room manager who is friendly. The only pleasant employee during the stay. The others think in the distance when you ask for something, they drink from the carafes used to serve water to customers. The bar in the restaurant room is in full view of everyone. Summary of this stay: fortunately there was a swimming pool. Because at €200 or so per night, the quality is not there. We did cheaper hotels on the same dates which were much better. This 4-star hotel must have been good when it opened 10 years ago. Avoid if you want to get value for your money.

I stayed with my family yesterday, what can I say? Terrible! We ran away with dark circles! July 40 degrees in the shade on the third floor without air conditioning as it was not working for both nights you stayed! I understand the unexpected but a four star hotel should have had a quicker repair considering that we were not the only ones with this problem! Welcome with little information regarding the structure and little attention towards the customer: request for the cot several times, mini fridge with nothing in it, only two glasses in the room! Kettle required to make milk for my son who was absent in the room and in reception, you could only get hot water from the machine!!! In addition to this, rooms with old equipment and furnishings, not very clean and also say they are for frendly, but alas, not since I almost had to argue about bringing my dog ​​to the restaurant for breakfast since they were not allowed and I couldn't even use the swimming pool why not allowed in the sunbathing area!! Absurd!! These two days we gasped in the room due to the heat, slept little and returned more tired than before! Terrible one star and already a lot!!
