Great satisfaction for our family. In Italy, the best hotel we have had so far, we go several times a year and to several resorts. We were considering a 4-star hotel, but we finally chose Cristallo and did well. Staff very nice and helpful, good parking (marked and numbered places), spacious room, terrace with sea view ... Breakfast quality, hot and cold buffet, sweet, coffee, delicious juices ... Thank you for a nice weekend stay hotel Cristallo .

My wife and I and our 2 dogs had a really good time, the hotel is located 100m as the crow flies from the free dog beach where, unlike many other places, dogs can bathe. We took advantage of the hot tub on the roof every night just before sunset, available to customers for free.

Three stars for the courteous staff. For the rest, all for a fee. The food disappointed me, at the sea I thought I was eating fresh fish, instead it was almost all frozen or frozen at the origin, never asked if I wanted an encore. I once asked for an encore of the side dish but I saw that they were not happy even though they brought it to me. I don't want to add anything else so as not to get lost in the trifles.For example at 13.00 the tables outside were still full of crumbs, parking on the phone € 10 per person € 12 the safe never worked the drain in the bathroom defective and here I stop.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful seawiew, really very tasty breakfast, and dinner. For breakfast there are eggs, hams, salamie, vegetables, fruits, pancake, and lot of different and tasty italian cakes. For dinner there are 3 kind of first course, and 3 kind of 2 course, from which you can choose. You can choose lunch also. Sound-proffed rooms (cicadas are very loud, but sweetie:) Air conditioning, cozy bed and room. Recepcionists are very kind, and very good in english and german, too. You can rent bikes from the hotel. The price of the room contains beach service, in case of minimum 3 night stay. The hotel support free private parking place in case of minimum 3 night stay.

The rooms were excellent, and the service was exceptional, with impeccable tidying and attention to detail.

Found it by mistake on booking as we needed to stay somewhere one night on our way to South of France. For three adults sharing two bunk beds and a king size bed in a studio we payed merely 110 euros for a night, all of these in full season ( mid July) the price included closed parking, outdoor pool access, a specially designed spot on the beach including chaise lounges and umbrellas and full continental breakfast. The stuff was so nice and helpful showing us around and giving dinner recommendations. The beach is just two minutes walk and I was pleasantly surprised seeing the blue beach flag flying....perfect sand and nice shallow waters made our staying even more awesome. I also noticed on property tennis courts and bungalows and children play areas. Such a nice place to stay, definitely recommend to anyone on a budget looking for a decent, very clean and inexpensive place to spend a vacation.

This place is in a nice place and is pretty clean overall and people that work here are helpful and nice. It does have few issues, and one pretty much ruined my stay - WiFi. It was probably the worst wifi in any hotel i've been in. It was very hard to connect to. The room for 4 also had a very uncomfortable double bed. The breakfast was OK, it had every main dish needed. The hotel also provides the beds on beach, which is nice. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good prize. If the wifi was excellent, it would be a very pleasant stay.
