Excellent family holiday with kids and dogs, in a good location (the beach is one street away). Amazing owners and staff. Pool and nice bar, the rooms are comfortable. Wide selections of breakfast, and the menu at the restaurant is fenomenal, specially that they are serving gluten free food if you ask. We are coming back every summer. Thank you guys.

Excellent location - close to the beach and the town centre, very nice breakfast and the pancakes and eggs made by the specialist chef are amazing, the swimming pool is lovely, guest parking is very well managed, we had a great holiday!

I would like to point out that I have been travelling for work for 30 years always in hotels, I chose this hotel for the reviews, most of the services are excellent, but I cannot give a passing grade for the following reasons: 1 after three days and leaving on the fourth it is not acceptable not to have a change of towels especially in a seaside place with at least two showers a day, 2 In a hotel certified by AIC for gluten intolerants it is unthinkable in 2024 not to have at least some bread and some fresh croissants...... 3 seeing a sign in the wardrobe indicating that there are often thefts in apartments on the first floor, where we stayed, with the advice to always keep the window closed and objects in the safe does not bode well for a stay

I'll start by saying that I've been staying in hotels for work for 30 years. Yes, after three days and leaving on the fourth, it's unacceptable not to have a change of towels, especially in a seaside location with at least two showers a day. Furthermore, in a hotel certified by the Italian Association of Celiac Diseases (AIC) for gluten intolerance, it's unthinkable in 2024 not to have at least some bread and some fresh croissants. Last but not least, there's a sign in the closet indicating that there are frequent burglaries in the room, especially on the first floor, where we stayed. The sign also advises guests to always keep the window closed and items in the safe. Thefts can happen, but if you're aware of it, you take action. And don't scare guests or force them to keep everything closed in the summer!

The hotel is in a strategic location for access to the sea and an evening walk, the structure is neat and very clean, even the daily cleaning of the room is not disturbed, I did not find a single grain of sand! Ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family. The cuisine is also on trend, from a varied and plentiful breakfast, which also includes express dishes such as eggs and bacon, to lunch and dinner prepared with good raw materials, all fresh and attractive, great couscous with vegetables and shrimp! And all this can be accompanied by excellent wines from a small but thoughtful assortment. Overall I can say that the stay was really comfortable and recoverable, also thanks to the availability and attention of the owners and staff in general. Highly recommended!!!!!

More than a positive experience, free beach service, free bikes in abundance, free parking at the hotel, best breakfast, dinner is ok. However, the hotel stands out for its location close to the center, close to the sea and at the same time in the midst of a lush and highly valued quiet pine forest. The right big room allotted to us is especially cool and with a big balcony, there is climate anyway for those who want to chill. The structure is recommended for both couples and families, clean pool.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in August 2020 on a half board basis. Modern building a few steps from the center of Lignano Pineta and 5 minutes from the sea. We found the free parking convenient, even if, given the size, the keys must be left at the front desk. Room with balcony, spacious and very clean with daily change of towels. Breakfast and dinner with freshly prepared products of excellent quality are truly wonderful. We personally requested gluten and lactose free products and they were very prepared and affordable. Highly recommended!
