We entered the hotel restaurant by mistake from the beach over a kind of gate. We entered the restaurant and immediately a waiter came and showed us were the exit is. He wasn’t the friendliest but okay. We walked to the exit and were already on the driveway. Walked 30m behind the reception. The concierge run after us and screamed we need to leave. We told him how we entered by mistake. He was very unfriendly and didn’t showed any kind of respect. He just screamed at us while we are leaving. The stuff was awful, one star for their unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The concierge was by far the worst person.

Being the very few guests coming from abroad we were enchanted by the warm welcome made in Cilento from the staff and the director Enzo. We enjoyed the entertainment, the sport activity, the availability of the staff, the fun assured by Enzo and Antonio as well as the massages from Antonietta. We were there with a group of 26 family members and couldn’t be more spoiled. This is a club that , despite the outdated building style, will make everybody happy: from the juniors to the seniors. Great experience at Copacabana Village. The cleaning of the rooms and the care of the green is impeccable. The pool is overlooking the sea and surrounded by palm trees. Always clean and perfectly maintained. The village has direct access to the beach, an optimal solution for those with children like us. As for the food, it is without a doubt the best of the villages we have visited: table service, a wide choice for adults and children, generous portions. Above all, we always eat, in the morning on the beach, in the afternoon in the pool, and in the evening after the show at the theater. Animation present but never intrusive, all the boys are prepared, friendly and kind. A note of respect for Davide, a very good animator who immediately understood my "zero" policy. It is then impossible not to mention the Director Enzo who stands out for his friendliness, cordiality, preparation and above all flexibility to meet all customer needs. PS: every week Enzo gives a holiday ... but you have to be good at playing and winning !!! Congratulations to all.

The beautiful holiday. The cottages are comfortable and clean, immersed in the green. Kind and attentive Staff. Food excellent and abundant beyond that varied. Animation for children exceptional. To recommend, and above all, return ! The Director then a real driver

Ideal for a relaxing holiday of a good standard at a very affordable price. The village has an enviable location, overlooking, in fact, directly on the sea, but also features two swimming pools with salt water, very useful in the days of the troubled sea. In the morning, the breakfast buffet is rich and abundant, while lunch and dinner are at choice and served by a friendly staff. A great animation will assist the guests during the entire holiday. If everything works well, the credit goes to the vigilant presence but discreet of the director Vincenzo.

We were on vacation the end of last weekend with my family and we have discovered a structure is really good. Accommodation, swimming pool, sea, bar, restaurant, and recreation areas just a few meters of distance between them. Great food with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner of your choice. The animation is excellent with the constant presence of the Head of the village Enzo that made us die laughing during an evening performance. Experience to be repeated absolutely.

The village is practically on the sea, very well maintained, rooms clean and very pleasant. The strong point of the village is the staff: the staff is a kindness, friendliness and willingness out of the ordinary, especially in regards to children. The Director of the village is exceptional, is a volcano of ideas and a friendship only. The restaurant is average, nothing exceptional but the food is pleasant. Animation top, with initiatives and shows from 9.00 in the morning to midnight. Tireless. But it was clean. Good!
