I made a reservation on June 24 through the official website. On July 15, I received an email claiming my card details were fraudulent and giving me 24 hours to update them — yet no option was provided to do so, and no one answered emails or phone calls during that window. When I finally reached someone, I was asked to send new credit card details by email, which is highly suspicious. Later, I was told my phone number and ID were also “invalid” and the booking was canceled. This is clearly a case of overbooking or internal mismanagement, dishonestly blamed on the customer. No trust, no professionalism, no hospitality. I do not recommend.

This is a great place to stay if you want a quiet environment but still close to San Vito at the same time where it is more lively.
The residence is really nice and well finished, like new. Rooms have all necessities and are cleaned daily. Everyone working at Trigrana is nice and helpful.
An impressive view of Mount Cofano natural reserve can be observed and Santa Margherita beach is close by at 7 mins away by car. Breakfast is great with a great selection. I highly recommend this place which is superb value for money.

Property was really nice and the garden was beautiful.
Staff where ok but could have been a bit friendlier.
This property was really good quality price wise except the breakfast bit , the breakfast was really poorly , the staff where putting 2 slices of chesse and salami at a time , except that service was great .

Booked in error - no help, no refund
I booked the room by mistake, believing their (almost the same name) location to be just outside Taranto (Capo San Vito). I emailed them immediately after booking when I realised they were 7.5 hours away from us.

We stayed at this place out of season. Even though we were almost alone the place was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The lady host was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Such a great hotel! The service and breakfast was amazing, despite coming here during low season (March). Clean room, beautiful surroundings, really good price. Big recommendation!

Breakfast was Good, sleeping is horrible due to bad mattress, Owner is like Policeman. You cannot do or say allmost nothing because of his Hotel!!! I think you should write that kids are not accepted. And due to noice and running around of kids what can one do? They are kids. And after all you should put an electric kettle so if one would wake up early and wishes to take a coffee in his peacefull way he can do it liberally.

Excellent hotel, super clean, very nice breakfast lots to choose from and very very nice host and owner. I would recomend to everybody who is looking for some peace and quiet in beautiful valley with lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby.
