Hotel Chery in Milano Marittima

Unmatched hospitality! 🥰

Hotel Chery offered exceptional levels of service during my stay here. Due to delays on transportation the reception stayed open hours longer than advertised. ⏳👏

I had to do an Ironman event on Saturday, and since the staff resonated that I would have time to have breakfast during normal hours, they prepared me a tailor made breakfast bag that I got the evening prior to the event 🌯 --> 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Finally i received a bag of the iconic Cervia salt as a free souvenir to take home. 🧂🏡

There was a problem with the air-conditioning in my room, this got fixed within 24 hours by external technicians. ❄️🔥👨‍💻

The Italian breakfast was a little to sweet for my taste and not so much Vegetarian protein, but that seems to go for all of Emilia-Romagna

I would give 6 stars, but unfortunately I'm limited to give only five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely the best family run hotel. Wonderful, kind, caring family. Great rooms with everything you need at hand, fantastic breakfast. Short stroll to the beautiful beach which is lined with bars . Had a wonderful stay.

I think this is the first time in my life I've left a hotel with such sadness... the property is beautiful and well-maintained, very convenient for the beach and entertainment, the room was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff was super kind and professional. Breakfast was delicious, everything was always fresh and of the highest quality. And the staff...excellent! Elisabetta is a wonderful host, Mattia is kind and always ready to accommodate guests' needs...little Ettore is a real furry sweetheart...I hope to see you again soon.

Booking with Mirabilandia often means settling for a room, risking ruining your impression of the hotel. Fortunately, this time, things went well!
A family of four, we stayed just one night at the CHERY hotel, B&B style, and we're very satisfied! The room was clean, well-sanitized, and had every comfort (TV, fridge, air conditioning), although it was on the ground floor and unfortunately didn't have a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! We had the best pancakes ever! Thanks, see you next time!

What can I say? We were in Italy for the IDBF World Club Crew Championships and as a para crew, there were some complex needs. It is a small hotel that offers an array of hot/cold drinks and snacks throughout the day. Breakfast is included. Betta and Mattia were the most wonderful hosts and ensured every crew member was catered for. They were tested at times with late check ins etc but they entertained every single eventuality. They were beyond amazing and literally bent over backwards to support us all. The rooms are small but super clean. All are en suite with hairdryer, toiletries and clean towels daily. The cleaning staff were amazing and so friendly. They made the beds and cleaned the rooms every day we were there. Breakfast is more than adequate. Pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, meats and freshly made pancakes. A super treat is the croissants where you can get one of a number of fillings and toasties freshly made. I loved the pistachio. There is a great selection of tea and the coffee machine extends to hot chocolate as well. Lush. This hotel does not have a pool but who cares? The beach is a very short walk away and there is the option to use a super pool (with beach/sunbed/umbrella) at a fee and by the day locally. There is a free beach a small walk away. Betta and Mattia (and Etonne) .... you are amazing. I cannot fault your hospitality..... I have stayed in many 5 * hotels but few compare to the way you dealt with our large group. Thank you. Xx

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and nice and the staff was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.
