Worst hotel and especially customer service we have encountered in Italy and all over Europe. There are a lot of hotels on this street, so we sincerely recommend choosing another one. They treat the customer disrespectfully like a bag of money, lie and blackmail that he didn't pay for something. We had the worst situation when paying for umbrellas, despite the fact that we paid on a regular basis and they didn't note it down with the card, instead of checking it on the internet or records on cameras, they asked the same question over and over that only one day paid and the other not, so that the client would give up and paid. When we pressed her to check, the old lady at the reception did not want to listen at all and repeated the same thing over and over again to stop us raising our voices at her, she was very offended that we were talking to her like that, so she called the police on the client of her hotel. Fortunately, the police in Italy are honest and stood by our side and did not let us be deceived. The "wise" receptionist said that she would be the only one to tell the police what happened, because they don't know English, but as soon as we said we don't trust her and she's not telling the truth and we started communicating with the police via Google translate, she suddenly changed her tone and started keep calm. She blackmailed us with a video that we left bottles and food packaging on the floor to take out, which did not fit into the micro dustbin in the bathroom, that it was a big problem to clean it up. Information about the operation of the hotel was either not provided, or was provided in an incomprehensible way without respect for the hotel customer to just go away and get off. I hope the hotel owner will check everything and fire employees who are harmful. We are the owners ourselves and we would never allow our employees to behave this way according to the customer

The owner was very rude with us and we couldn't take a shower - there was only boiling water. We asked to be refunded and to leave the hotel - thankfully we checked out and we are staying in a much better hotel in Cervia.
