When we arrived, Franco showed us to our room & explained how everything worked. The room was clean & very comfortable.

good location with free parking included. Franco is a very friendly host. good typical italian breakfast with coffee. rooms are ok, had a bathtub, but a bit low under the ceiling so you cant really stand to shower. bed was a bit hard, but very big. room was spacious.

Extremely pleasant atmosphere in this little beautiful hotel .So clean and we'll organized.The owner is very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was just perfect ✅ highly recommend Will come again next summer and the location was just perfect

It is not the first time that I go to the landing place and I must say that it has always been the top, managed in an impeccable way, first class welcome, always super clean rooms, environment like the whole dock. I highly recommend them you will find yourself at home😀
