We only stayed for a weekend, but it was enough to appreciate and admire the warm welcome...very well-kept environment, excellent heating, wonderful breakfast and SUPER!!! and just a stone's throw from the Basilica. I highly recommend it!!

Great Location.
Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception.

Practically no hot water, never even saw the hosts, wifi did not work the first night, and just all around disappointing. Also, be prepared to carry all your luggage up a narrow and steep spiral staircase.

We found ourselves in this structure, I don't know how, even xk we had booked another one ... (B & b dreaming of you.) very uncomfortable snail, among other things I had an injured knee. When I saw her, I was struck by an accident and we didn't stay overnight. Having explained the reason for not staying overnight, the owner did not find other solutions, even xk we had paid in advance with a smart box. I do not know how they got the rating they have. We have stayed all through Europe and Italy and this was the only B&B that really didn't meet the rating given. The breakfast was poor. The towels, hard and scratchy. The room very out dated with mold on the ceiling. The owner not helpful. Beside that we loved Assisi and would return to stay somewhere else.
