My partner and I stayed here for one night and were very satisfied. This place truly makes you feel at home, starting with the location—a beautiful country farmhouse with a large garden—and the warm welcome from Maria, who was very chatty and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with Maria's homemade cookies especially worthy of mention.

At the end of August 2025, we stayed at the Casa delle Rose. We had a wonderful time: it's very clean, quiet, and close to many of the towns we visited. The owners are wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Thank you, Roberta and Marino.

Just a 5-minute drive from Spello, we had a wonderful time. It's a very relaxing place, the lady who welcomed us was very kind, and the icing on the cake was the generous breakfast, including some homemade desserts. Highly recommended!

We left B&B Le Rose this morning. We had a great time, nestled in the countryside at the foot of Spello. The location was lovely, with a generous but well-prepared breakfast, and the cappuccino prepared by Maria was excellent.
In the evening, we had dinner in the village, a 5-minute drive away, with free parking.

I was very impressed by the beauty of the place: flowers everywhere, trees, manicured flower beds and a great tranquility. The rooms are tastefully furnished and cleaning is very accurate. The owner is kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and varied: sweet and salty of quality. We will definitely be back.
