Outstanding service, wonderful staff, attentive to every detail. Front desk was spot on with any request and very accommodating. Rooms were spotless, very comfortable bedding, quiet, and our rooms had nice big operating windows. Breakfast every morning was superb and dinner was really gourmet. Staff here again were not only efficient but actually appeared to enjoy their work and were relaxed and good humored. Perfect location. As a heavy traveler I have stayed in a lot of hotels and Airbnb’s and I feel very fortunate to have stayed here.

Okay, when you visit Cortina, make sure you visit the bar (great room and a wonderful pool table) at Parc Hotel Victoria. Luca is the best! We sampled 4 very different cocktails and they were all absolutely wonderful. And, he’s the nicest man in the world! Don’t make the mistake of staying uptown, venture a little further, you’ll be so happy you did!

This hotel located at the very center of the town in Cortina D’Ampezzo. Just about 2.5 hours from Venice airport by Flixbus (advanced booking please) . This hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, a department store and a supermarket. All is accessible on foot. There are 2 cable car stations just about 10-20 mins walk, easily you can enjoy the view from the summit. Many hiking trails around too. We were lucky to meet a great team at this hotel to take a great care of all our needs from recommendations on sight seeing routes, restaurants, tour guide, private taxi to late check-in. Special thanks to “Michela” who helped to relocate us to this wonderful hotel so we can get more close to the starting line of our trail running race, and her offer to preparing us some “cold cuts” foods in case all restaurants were closed at the time of our late check-in (so sweet and thoughtful ！） Thank you “Robert” and “Bruno” for their local knowledges about the town center and got us the best tourist experience. Finally, our gratitude to “Federico” for his arrangement on our private taxi driver “Devid” , so my partner can see the best part of Dolomites and the 3 gorgeous lakes in such a short notice. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who love convenience and carefree services. Facilities and room condition are good, you pay what you get. This hotel is not a posh type, but a beautiful rustic Swiss chalet style We were lucky to have a run with a small balcony with a Mountain View at 5/F. Clean and tidy on everything. Definitely will choose the same hotel if we back next time.

You must come to the bar and see Luca the Bar Master. We popped in for a quick drink and Luca treated us like kings and queens. The espresso martinis were excellent. The room adjoining the bar is absolutely gorgeous, has a great view and a first rate pool table. What could you want !!!

We had a week staying at this beautiful hotel which has character and charm. The staff in the restaurant and at reception could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was about a 30 second walk to the ski bus and at one end of the main shopping street.

Stayed here with a ski group. Lovely hotel with a staff eager to please! Our room was comfortable with comfortable beds and linens, full bath, mini fridge. We had a huge wrap around porch that faced the ski mountain (where, coincidentally, a Women's World Cup event was taking place!). Our group had arranged for breakfast and dinner daily - breakfast was perfect - lovely croissants, other pastries, perfect coffee and the usual eggs, etc. They tried to vary dinners and offered far too much food! Shout out to Marco, Giancarlo, Houssam and Sig. Rebeggiani! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted! Situated at town center with lovely shops and restaurants. Shuttle across the street to ski mountain!

This is a good hotel with a lot of potential to be a great hotel. A little tired but otherwise classy building in a very good location. Staff were very professional and friendly, food was good if a little variable with lots of choice. Little details in restaurant, food not always kept warm at breakfast and disappointing presentation at dinner let it down.

Everything was excellent... I would say excellent! It was the first time for us but we were lucky: it was like being at home. Top service in the reception room and excellent cleanliness of the room!!! I hope to return soon. Beautiful stay. Recommended without doubt

Our stay here was so lovely and highly recommended, especially if you're in town for a ski trip. The staff and service was incredible. Everyone was so nice and accommodating (and patient with my inability to speak Italian). The front desk people helped us plan our ski days, from where to go, how to get there and where to rent. The breakfast and freshly made Italian coffee was very good, though on one day all the food was cold even though we got there an hour before it ends.

My friend and I shared a room with two twin beds and though small, had what we needed for our 3 night stay including a cute balcony with a mountain view. The room was clean and comfortable and has a cute old charm that matches the town.

The location was great as we were right on the edge of the main town, with all the little shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The bus across the street from the hotel takes you to the bottom of the ski area which took less than 10 minutes and is free if you have a ski pass (or are about to get a ski pass).
