The gentleman, who has very little to call himself a gentleman, is incredibly arrogant and overbearing.
We were offered to check in by midnight, but we arrived at 11:15 PM and, in a rather irritated tone, he told us that he "has to sleep." The room reservation was for a quadruple, even though it actually had three beds. We would have added double the price for another person on the spot and made do, but there was no chance of communicating with the landlord; he practically slammed the door on the fourth person.
All this in the street, without even letting us in!
