If I could give Residenza Palazzo Negri six stars, I absolutely would. My wife and I have now stayed here four times, and honestly, we’re already planning our fifth trip for next year. When you find a gem this perfect, you stop looking anywhere else. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible care and dedication of the host, Louisa. She is an absolute superstar—so detailed, so organized, and so genuinely informative. The entire system they run is flawless, from the moment you make a reservation to the detailed information they provide for getting around the city. The service is simply amazing, and it's the main reason we keep returning. Louisa’s commitment to her guests goes far beyond typical hospitality. Before we even arrive, we have all the local knowledge we need—whether it’s restaurant recommendations that only a local would know, tips for avoiding crowds, or the most efficient way to get from the train station. It makes exploring Verona feel effortless and takes all the stress out of planning. She anticipates every need, and that detailed, personal touch makes us feel genuinely cared for every single time. We love sharing this place so much that we've brought friends with us three out of the four times we've visited! It's not just a beautiful apartment; it’s an experience we want all our favorite people to have. Seeing their faces light up when they realize how perfectly located and well-run the residence is adds another layer of joy to our trip. The location is another massive plus. You can't beat how centric it is—right in the heart of downtown Verona. Everything is within a quick, picturesque walk, from the Arena to the main piazzas. Even though we are right in the thick of the action, the property itself is a serene and beautiful retreat. It’s the perfect, quiet base to recharge after a full day of sightseeing and enjoying the city’s wonderful atmosphere. Plus, the train station is an easy 15 to 20 minutes walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Verona itself is a dream, and Residenza Palazzo Negri is the perfect anchor for that dream. I stayed in the studio apartment at Residenza Palazzo Negri for six weeks after moving abroad from Australia. Luisa was incredibly welcoming and helpful even before my arrival, which made transitioning to a new country so much easier. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location in the heart of Verona was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend :)

This is our 4th stay at Palazzo Negri and have moved it each time. The owner, Luisa, and her staff are so helpful and accommodating each visit. The location is just plain outstanding. Easy walk to all popular spots, eating, shopping and watching tourist.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the room we stayed in too. Though they have no elevator, the staff is nice enough to help you with your luggage. We loved Verona and we are happy to choose the Palazzo as our place to stay.

Authentic stylish place! We felt the spirit of Verona! The room was wonderful, we had all the amenities! The location - excellent! The hostess - wonderful, warm, responsive! In addition - a wonderful terrace with beautiful flowers! We highly recommend!

Wow Wow Wow Fantastic A great apartment in a superb location close to all the Tourist spots and right at Porto Borsari. Immaculately clean , staff could not do enough for you and the 2 Luisa’s ere always there to help with any questions we asked. If we visit Verona or the area again we would not stay anywhere else

If you are coming to Verona for a trip.. please stay here! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and we regret not staying longer. The city is gorgeous, with fantastic restaurants and bakeries everywhere you look.
The hosts here were extraordinary, we cannot give them enough credit - they were available to assist us with anything we needed, and made us feel welcome like family. We are already thinking about returning, and won’t stay anywhere else but here.

Exelente location Luisa was nice and very helpful on direction and needs that we may have. Location it’s amazing walking from the best historic areas. Could find a better stay
